You can text us here! Partying in Soho in the full flush of whatever passed for youth, was fun. Apparently. I personally forgot a lot of stuff that happened, until I was reminded by my old mucker Richard Thomas who has a bit of history himself, and it led to this. A little trip down memory lane mostly unassisted by chemicals and alcohol, but definitely with some alcohol. Sit back and let us take y...

You can text us here! Mothman started life as a nemesis of Batman, but in the swinging sixties, he came to life for the residents of Pleasant Point, West Virginia, where he was sighted over 100 times, culminating in a disaster that cost many lives. You can text us here! The fabric between realities can be stretched thin sometimes, causing rifts or slips, whereby ordinary folks, such as your good selves, can find themselves transported to another time or place. These incidents usually only last a few minutes, but are quite profound. Episode 53 looks at a few cases of time slips and attempts to find the reason for them happening. Okay, I made...

You can text us here! Finally we get to answer all of Mark's questions about the MIB. Hopefully without Will Smith bitch-slapping him. You can text us here! The 1970's were a better time. Kids would play outside all day, and you rarely heard of alien ghost clowns on the beach. Faye and George, however, did have such an encounter, and Episode 50 takes a peek at that day in 1973. I should point out that before recording this episode, I had a few drinks with a work colleague. You probably won't notice I'm drunk. Probably. Support th...

You can text us here! Some of us like a nice glass of wine and a good gangster film to unwind with at the weekend, while others like to throw themselves out of a perfectly good aeroplane in the pursuit of an adrenaline rush which can be got a lot more safely and probably cheaper from Dodgy Dave the Dealer. Episode 48 takes a look at some of the insane things people do for fun, and theres a bit abo...

You can text us here! When Howard Carter broke the seal to Tutenkhamun's tomb, did he release an ancient curse, or did people just start dropping dead of natural causes? Grave robbing, or archaeology, as the toffs like to call it, was rife in Egypt in the 19th and 20th centuries, and Tutenkhamen's tomb was arguably the most important and richest discovery of all. Episode 46 follows the fate of the...

You can text us here! The title says it all really. Along with a little local history of the Isle of Man, we get to meet Gef, a mischievous mongoose with a lot of talent, who caused quite a stir in the 1930's when he made the acquaintance of a local family.  Confounding scientists, scholars and bus drivers alike, he became quite the local celeb , and if he was around today, he'd probably have more...

You can text us here! Whether you like it or not, your government is always trying to find new and fabulous ways to kill you, financed off the books, by your own tax money. Good, because we are going to make it stronger, faster and more...

You can text us here! Wanna get high? The CIA did, and they were a bit embarrassed when they got caught out. Still, murdering the chap you got to design your murder tools, was a bit naughty. This week we look at the drug-fest which was MK Ultra, originally designed as a secret interrogation/torture unit, which ended up more of a rock festival. It's always good to know your government is spending y...

You can text us here! In the wide open spaces of Canada, there is plenty of room for aliens to play. You can text us here! Thanks to Henrik and Emanuel for their suggestions for this weeks topic! We explore a few Urban Myths, even solving one of them! Probably.
