Start Your Day With Faith

Then there was the day, I finally did it.  Exciting, life changing, refreshing and new.  So, how do I take that special day and turn it into a special life with Jesus?  Listen and learn.

Seriously, why me?  I'm nothing special.  Or maybe I am.  In God's eyes, we ALL are someone special and God is right beside us to show us his love.

First, you're in good company.  Surround yourself with an uplifting message and a solid friend who will never turn away from you.  By discovering Jesus as your personal savior you are at the beginning of a wonderful and beautiful journey.

Discovery is wonderful.  Discovering Jesus is life changing.  Jesus is always right there, tapping you on the shoulder to learn about Him.  Next time he taps you on the shoulder, turn around and discover what he has for you.

Our lives are always distracted and the one place we can always go to find a faithful foundation, is our Bible.  It's true.  The word of God is timeless and his instructions for every distraction in your path are right there to discover.  

Humility is not an easy thing to do.  We are people who like to hear a good word about our good deeds.  But that is not the way God designed us to be.  So, when someone says "thanks", how do we respond?

Okay, I believe, now how to put that belief into action.  How can I be more like Jesus.

In any situation it is never just one that succeeds.  We were designed to collaborate, as a group, as a team.  Teams are stronger, and smarter and they bring about success.  We are never alone when we have a team to give an assist.  So who's team are you part of?

Let's face it.  We sometimes are stuck, because we don't see a better way out.  And every now and then we get a gentle nudge from God.  Has that ever happened to you?  If it has, it's time to follow that persuasion.

Life is confusing?  If you wear glasses, do you remember the first time you put on a pair?  You discovered that your world was fuzzy.  Faith works just like those glasses.  Until you see with clarity, you are missing what God has intended for us.  

Are you happy?  Or, are you searching for happiness?  Using faith as your foundation, happiness is easier to discover and hold onto.  Faith in Christ Jesus is a strong foundation that will keep you centered and hopeful.  

Today, social media gives us so many channels to investigate just about anything.  And we have to be careful about how we digest that widely diverse information.  The Bible is very clear about the question of finding redemption.  

The words are there to read.  But it takes much more than just reading words.  It takes believing in the message.  God designed our lives on a foundation of truth, and that truth is found in Bible.  

Hurt is a part of everyone's life.  Is hurt unfair?  How does God want us to handle the rough spots in life, and why do they happen?
