Spoilerama

We start the new era of 'Spoilerama' by doing - pretty much what we've done before. But we are adding a new weekly challenge to each other - hear all about it after this week's review.

We may have 100 episodes under our belt but we're still the same unassuming film-fans we always were.

Our one hundredth episode!! But we're not ones to make a fuss of such things - we're saving that for our one hundred and first!

SPOILER ALERT: Okay we do give away certain important key points in this film - but we also saw them coming anyway!

It's a(nother) film we've been waiting eagerly for! Was it worth the wait? Find the answer to that - and the reasons why, in this week's episode.

Finally - a superhero film we actually enjoyed!

Neither 'Storm Emma' nor 'The Beast from the East' was able to stop us! - Much. We braved the (mostly melted) snow to see the legendary 'Surprise Film' at this year's Dublin Film Festival - but first we have a few guesses as to what it might be.

One of the most important events in the cinematic calendar - the 'Spoilerama' predictions.

Our first contender for Film of the year.

We're back in the studio for this week's episode. Unfortunately there was a problem with the voice modulator at certain parts of the recording so we apologise if you get to hear what we really sound like!

Steven Spielberg has two films out this year - and he's off to a great start!

In this week's review of Martin McDonagh's new film we try a bold new experiment in sound - simultaneously playing ping pong while discussing the film. (We won't be doing it again - hopefully)

In the past six months we've had 'Churchill' and 'Dunkirk' and now we have - Churchill and Dunkirk.

A film scripted by Aaron Sorkin is always worth a look - but what about when he directs as well?

79 episodes after we first mentioned it we finally get a chance to see 'The Disaster Artist.'

We start the year as we mean to go on - laughing hysterically!

We go through the best and worst of 2017 and we select our film of the year - there is a slight (and unintentional) clue as to what that is in our picture.

Having attended midnight screenings at two different venues we give our verdicts on the biggest film of the year.

This episode comes in two parts - firstly a recording of us actually watching one of Marina's favourite films followed by our review of it.

In this episode while we might disagree on the concept of the film, we do agree that we really liked it - even if no-one else seems to. Please note, we may live up to our name in this episode - a bit.

We're on a roll of great movies! - Until we're not.

How many more times can we say "Film of the year!" ? - At least one it seems - we loved this.

The perfect film to see at a simply perfect cinema. We review 'Murder on the Orient Express' and talk about our first visit to the new Stella Theatre. (Apologies for loss of sound on one voice towards the end due to a microphone fault. - But the mystery is whose voice is lost?!! - And will he be missed?)

We felt we should celebrate our graduation from college with an appropriate podcast - but what film to review?

The glorious revolution of the proletariat is once again mocked and pilloried by the cynical propaganda of the decadent West! - And it's gas!
