After finally getting Bronson Blackbow to believe them, the party heads over to the Temple of Kikinuti to check on a duplicate of the seemingly unremarkable painting that was stolen. There they discover one of the secrets of the Assassin's Blade and get Pebble to discuss another. And how exactly are they going to get out of town to chase the Genoa? After realizing that they are now wanted by the authorities for a crime they didn't commit, the party is forced to decide on their next course of action. Should they deal with the assassin Filetti or give it a go with Bronson Blackbow. Both are members of the Ruling Council and both have their own very mysterious reasons to be involved. Their choice? After barely surviving the second round in the arena, Gillee finds herself locked up for a full 24 hours after her incident with the flumph. So what can the party do? The Back Alley Cleanup Crew finally makes it to the second round of combat in the arena. Finding they are now 3 to 1 favorites, they saunter in with the confidence of a five year old wearing a Batman costume. Their opponents seem both desperate and confident. Right after being accosted by an old drunk man, our party wakes up in a Christmas adventure. They fight off a spewing furnace and two giant bullies. But it's the maul Santa that really is the topping on the cake. And what exactly does RJ want for his present? Our party finally make it to Gladiator Day! The arena is open for business and three of our adventurers want in on the action. They quickly establish that they are serious and make their way to the early prelims. Afterwards, they find out that the Restless Jackals will be in attendance for the main event tonight in the Emperess' box. Oh yeah. I can be very profitable to bet on matches! Intro...

While escaping the underground temple, our party is confronted with a rival faction that put them in a tough place. They are forced to make a real tough choice that doesn't sit well with them. After their issues dispatching one little barbed devil, our party now finds themselves confronting 12 of them, all lead by a horned devil, who are actively torturing kuo-toa. Attacking from the front is certain suicide, so they devise a plan...a PLAN...to save the kuo-toa and somehow get out alive. What could possibly go wrong? After discovering the underwater tunnel beneath The Old Man's nose, our party decides to send Nico in shark form down to do a little scouting. There he discovers that the River God is a real thing with real needs. It all seems simple enough. Just defeat a devil to gain access to a long lost temple. Time, however, is ticking. After the negotiations end, the Backstreet Cleanup Crew decides to tackle the problem of the mysterious plank. After a  flash of inspiration from Dorryn, the party decides to take the direction less taken...literally. After some of Nico's fishy business, they discover a path forward. Finally in negotiations with Grey's Academy, the Black Widow Society and the Coven, our party finds that there are really no great choices when it comes to the disposition of the Assassin's Blade. After escaping from the obviously haunted house during the Halloween Special, the Back Alley Cleanup Crew discovers that their meeting tomorrow in the Rural Market is not very secret and has an uninvited guest.
