Each week on Screen Watching Simon & Dan review the movies and TV shows. But this week the guys are looking forward at 2025. What are the movies and TV shows they are excited about? Yes, you'll hear some thoughts on the upcoming Max show The Pitt, the long-awaited final (???) Mission: Impossible film, Bong Joon-ho's Mickey 17, the new Superman film, and a bunch more. This week in a special Post-Christmas, Pre-NYE celebratory podcast, join Simon Foster and Dan Barrett as they offer reviews of A Real Pain and Laid, along with their top 5 movies and shows in 2024.

In our big show before Christmas, Simon checks out prequel Mufasa, Dan is ready to explode with volcanic Netflix drama La Palma, then there's a quick look at Netflix's Carry On and Max's James Gunn superhero adjacent cartoon Creature Commandos. Then, because it's Christmas, the podcast winds out with some Christmas chatter.
