Lara Soulio, a sound tech and sound engineer, has been involved in 3CR as a live-to-air engineer, outside broadcast tech, and trainer. In her second stint on Rotations she picks up from the Albanian episode she presented recently with experimental Albanian artists and travels through a varied selection of music that all take on a sentiment of melancholy and uplifting.
