This week Rio Blanco’s Board of County Commissioners got an update on the proposed plan to transfer local emergency dispatch services to Colorado State Patrol’s regional call center in Craig. Rangely’s 40th annual Septemberfest begins Saturday, and kicks off with a Sea Plane Splash In at Kenney Reservoir beginning at 11 a.m., followed by all kinds of events at Elks Park.
