The Property Development Book Club (“PDBC”) is a collective of property professionals who hosted discussions historically on Clubhouse, around various topics relating to the property development industry in the UK. The group consists of architects, quantity surveyors, structural engineers, planning consultants and development managers who have a vast amount of experience working on mixed use developments in the UK and abroad.
