Today I'm talking about some personal growing pains I've been experiencing.

Talking about building our repairs systems and workflows, and how it relates to a general philosophy I've got about building our company. You've got to share your legos if you want people to play with you.

Today I'm talking about the end game of my company. When starting out in business it's good idea to have the end in mind. This is the company I am working on building.

Today I'm going over our team structure and how we operate in the field. We do things in a slightly more costly way, however the benefits far outweigh the drawbacks in expense.

Today on Project Deep End I'm talking about our goals for 2022. We've been building our pool service business for the last 2 years and this year we have some aggressive targets that I am confident we can hit if we stay focused on the plan.

Today I'm talking about how I've been able to find and hire exceptional employees during one of the most difficult labor markets of all time.
