When anyone hears the word of the kingdom, and does not understand it, then the wicked one comes and snatches away what was sown in his heart. This is he who received seed by the wayside. But he who received the seed on stony places, this is he who hears the word and immediately receives it with joy; yet he has no root in himself, but endures only for a while. For when tribulation or persecution a...

Today's teaching was impactful as Pastor emphasized that the healing of a nation starts with the spreading of the gospel. There is no nation that can be ruled sufficiently without God. God must be at the center of any governance if we desire a peaceful and prosperous nation.

Galatians 5:22-25 (NKJV): But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such, there is no law. And those who are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. Self-control, or egkrateia (from the Greek), means self-mastery, self-restrain...

Modelling the catalyst for Kingdom expansion. (Power Of Service 8.0) - Pastor Nonso Orji

As the years pass, and the number of young people I interact with increases, I am reminded of the "uncles and aunties" from my childhood, the ones not related by blood. It seems I’ve now been promoted to "Uncle" status myself, and chances are, you are too—yes, you. (I hope you're doing better, and your nephews and nieces like you). One of the things I remember vividly about...

Today’s message from Pastor Dami was insightful, highlighting the vital role of God's love in our Christian walk. He stressed the importance of staying righteousness-conscious, as it keeps us stable to receive from God and resist condemnation, which brings instability. He also emphasized the value of drawing from a consistent spiritual source rather than following various doctrines, ensuring w...

Power Of Service 7.0 - Pastor Itoro Nehemiah

The Book of Acts introduces us to the inception of the first church and its organization. On the strength of unified expectation and prayers, the promised Holy Spirit descended on the day of Pentecost. After Apostle Peter's inaugural sermon, three thousand people were added to the church, and at another gathering, four thousand more joined. Amidst the vivid depiction of the church's growth...

In today's message, Pastor Dami made us understand that the word of God is the carrier of the Spirit and the Spirit is the potency of the word of God. The word of God and the Spirit can never be separated as the Spirit makes it a quickening word in our hearts and not just a letter. Pastor explained that man is a co-creator creation and as such has the same ability with God to call things that...

The Power of Service 6.0 - Pastor Olayinka Adebayo

A day after my birthday, I had an unpleasant experience. The previous year, the birthday was the exact day for the unpleasant experience. Somewhere in my mind, I had that “well, I kinda was expecting it” thought, about this year’s not so good experience. Trust me, this is very much nothing about negative cycles, and I was in my feelings when I had that thought. So…. This unpleasant experience isn’...

In today's service, Pastor Dami taught us how to meditate on the word of God. We looked at the concept of Spiritual Poverty, looking through several scriptures (Matt 5:1-3, Mark 1:5, Luke 4:18, etc.) to understand what it means to be spiritually poor. We understood from scripture that God's only need is for us to need us and his expectation is that we always come empty before him so he can...

The Cocktail Of Service (The Power Of Service. 5.0) - Pastor Dami Oguntunde

Read your Bible, pray every day, pray everyday, pray everyday, Read your Bible, pray every day, pray everyday, pray everyday, if you want to grow. 🎶 How long have we recited that song as kids growing up? A lot of us might have just chanted it without much thought to it, but in it lies great wisdom. As christians, we are called to live a holy life, a life after Christ, but many of us fall short. B...

Today, Pastor Nonso showed us Habakkuk as one of the men who God took on a journey of Faith. The book of Habakkuk opened with Habakkuk accusing God of being too slow and unconcerned by the reign of evil in his time. He called God out and took an argumentative stand against him. Pastor showed us how God responded to Habakkuk and took him on a journey. When we question God, in his Mercy, he takes us...

Cups, Baptisms & Seats (The Power Of Service 4.0) - Pastor Dami Oguntunde

There are some books in the Bible that aren’t quite as popular as they ought to be, and none fall into this category more than those often categorized as the minor prophets.

Today's message was a call to prayer. Pastor Dami shared the importance of prayer in fulfilling the call of God upon our lives. He emphasized that as Christians, prayer will help us raise our persuasion such that we live from the overflow powered by the Holy Spirit. We are charged to commit at least 1 hour per day to pray for ourselves and see how much transformation will happen in 30 days

The Day shall Declare it(The Power of Service 3.0) - Pastor Dami Oguntunde

The Sadducees and the Pharisees were the two primary religious sects during Jesus' ministry. Despite their relatively small numbers, perhaps fewer than 50,000, they wielded considerable influence. Both sects upheld monotheism and recognized God's supreme authority but diverged on a lot of other things one of which was the medium of God's laws: the Pharisees valued oral traditions and M...

In today's message on 'The Battle of Sights', Pastor Dami elaborately explained how we translate the unseen to the seen. Pastor expatiated that faith is not contradictory to sight but is a higher dimension to sight. Faith is a sight that begins from the unseen realm; its real objective is not to be a sight outside of you but a sight inside you. He further explained that every high plac...

Faith, Hope and Love (Power of Service 2.0) | Pastor Dami Oguntunde

One of the fascinating things I have observed in life is the seeming helplessness individuals manifest in the face of compromise, especially when the stakes are high. It often feels like the pressure to give in, is always higher than the strength to withstand the temptation. But how do people become strong? How can believers innoculate themselves against the evil day? How really does God deliver u...
