Pastor Jeffrey Walter

Christians are called to experience the Spirit — to be inwardly transformed and  to walk in divine reality rather than human logic. This involves obeying God’s commandments until one’s perception is hijacked by the Spirit of God. Such a man lives a transcendent life and becomes a transmitter of divine influence. In this series, Pastor Jeffrey Walter demystifies the concept and nature of the Holy G...

The Lord Jesus promised that His Spirit—the Spirit of Truth—would dwell in us. It is His earnest desire and endeavour to make us into vessels within which His Spirit can dwell. But how does the Spirit of Truth come to dwell in us? How can we make genuine and personal contact with His Spirit? And why is it important that we yearn for and patiently seek the indwelling of His Spirit?  In this series,...

To every believer is given the promise of the Holy Ghost, which is the surety of our divine heritage. Unfortunately, there are many  misconceptions and abstract concepts surrounding the identity and operations of the Holy Spirit in the redemption experience of the believer. As such, we are unable to take full advantage of the divine provision of the Holy Ghost. In this series, Pastor Jeffrey Walte...

As we walk with God on the path of genuine obedience, our hearts are transformed, and we come into contact with some level of peace inwardly. But because of our engagements in this world, it is mostly difficult to translate this inward peace into our outward situations.  In this message, “Experiencing Peace”, Pastor Jeffrey Walter describes what the peace that we contact inwardly as a result of ou...

In a world that celebrates self-confidence, personal strength, and independence, the idea of being "poor in spirit" can seem weak or undesirable. Yet, it is the very posture that Jesus honors and blesses at the beginning of His Sermon on the Mount. In this message, “The Poor in Spirit,” Pastor Jeffrey Walter explores the meaning of being poor in spirit as the foundation of the spiritual...

God gives us His Word to lead us on the path of true peace, yet walking this path prescribed by the same Word often feels inconvenient or difficult—so much so that we consider giving it up altogether. But it is not until we become peacemakers in the spirit that we can truly experience God’s peace. Who, then, are the  peacemakers in the spirit? How do we become peacemakers in our pursuit of peace? ...

The Word of God shows us the way of the Spirit, which leads to true and lasting peace. But oftentimes we struggle to acknowledge this path or are unwilling to follow it. Yet, even if the way of the Spirit may seem unappealing and difficult, it remains the only way to experience the true peace that God has promised. In this message, “The Way of Peace” , Pastor Jeffrey Walter explains why we often r...

Spirituality— our pursuit of God— is the pursuit of peace. To truly know God, who is the Prince of Peace, is to experience genuine peace. Yet, as believers who profess to know God, do we really know Him as our peace? Do we truly understand what it means for the Lord to be our peace? How can we genuinely know Him so that His peace becomes our daily lived experience? In this message titled “The Lord...

Everyone is looking for peace, but many often pursue it in the wrong places, mainly in ideal worldly conditions and achievements. However, God desires to offer us real and lasting peace—peace that surpasses all understanding. This kind of peace, however, can only be obtained through true spirituality. In this message, “The Pursuit of Peace,” Pastor Jeffrey Walter explains the true meaning of peace...

God is actively at work in every person—not demanding perfection to merit His love, but seeking to transform us through a journey of obedience. Indeed, His love is constant and the foundation from which obedience becomes possible. However, man’s transformation is a complicated journey and the endgame may seem far-fetched. What should be the considerations and attitude of the one who navigates this...

The decline in the quality of true Christian doctrine has deeply influenced how many in the church today understand spirituality, salvation, the Scriptures, and the faith required to receive answers from God in prayer.  While the average Christian may seem to be well-versed in the idea of having faith, does their current understanding and practice of it truly lead to receiving answers from the Lor...

There is a deep but often hidden enemy of the spiritual life: the love for the honour of men. This internal desire, rooted in selfishness and the need to dominate, often stands against the very truth we are called to live and teach. It is the reason many shrink back from proclaiming God's Word boldly and sincerely. In this message “The Reproach of Christ”, Pastor Jeffrey Walter confronts this enem...

Eternal Life is the divine life God has made available to us, and it becomes accessible only through the spiritual (internal) knowledge of Jesus Christ—specifically, knowing God’s heart (i.e., His love/will) and His wisdom.  In this message, “This is Life Eternal”, Pastor Jeffrey clarifies what Eternal Life is according to the Scriptures. He illustrates how one must align his/her will to God’s wil...

The way we are and perceive  ourselves as humans deeply affects the way we deal with God. In our natural state (without God), we often have a wrong view of ourselves, thinking too highly of our own wisdom and will while subtly resisting the idea that God should be the ruler of our  lives. But what happens when we insist on dealing with God on our own terms? Can we truly walk with Him while holding...

Being in the majority doesn’t always mean being right. Often, the path of truth is a lonely one—one that requires letting go of the need to be accepted and validated by others. When our desire for approval outweighs our convictions, we become shaky and wane in the strength required to move along with the Lord.  In this series, Pastor Jeffrey Walter teaches on what it truly means to have an encount...

The Word of God that comes to us is in three levels: the instructions, the wisdom behind the instructions, and the love that inspires them. However, in our initial encounter with truth, we often grasp only the instructions, without fully perceiving the wisdom and love embedded within the Word. Thus, we easily misrepresent God's intention and deeper wisdom behind His commands.  In this series, Past...

The death and resurrection of Jesus Christ is a key foundational knowledge of the Christian faith. However, as believers, is the natural or external knowledge of Jesus’ resurrection (made known to us through the agency of preaching) enough to give us absolute certainty that He is alive? What is the infallible proof that we have truly encountered Jesus, our risen Lord?  In this series, Pastor Jeffr...

The average Christian follows Jesus either for material gain or just as a vain religious ritual, but following the Lord this way does not help us become what He wants us to be. In reality, the sole reason for our following after Jesus is for Him to deliver us from our sins (i.e., from the evils in our hearts). In this message, “True Doctrine and Appropriation,” Pastor Andrews Krampah explores how...

The true purpose of Christianity is to pursue what the Lord offers (His Kingdom) so that it can be established in us. Yet we often lose focus of this calling, turning our Christian walk into a pursuit of carnal desires rather than finding fulfillment in the genuine pursuit of the Kingdom. But if indeed it is the Kingdom of God that we truly long for, then we must submit to the Lord's leadings (eve...

The Christian pursuit is a call to partake (eat) of the Hidden Manna. A core provision God has made available for this pursuit is His Word: the Word of God not interpreted in the letter, but considered only in relation to the Kingdom of God.  In this message, “The Hidden Manna”, Pastor Jeffrey Walter emphasizes that the Word of God speaks solely of the Lord and His Kingdom. He highlights how and w...

Many of us believers often carry the burden of worry, particularly about meeting our material needs and making progress in our spiritual walk with the Lord. These worries can easily distract us, turning our focus and efforts toward finding solutions for our material needs rather than genuinely seeking God. Yet, Jesus calls us to seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness , trusting that H...

Many of us, as Christians, come to God driven by material ambitions i.e., pursuing the world, while also trying to use the power of God to achieve those desires. We often perceive and measure the glory of God or the value of His kingdom by worldly standards such as wealth, health and success as determined by the world. But is this truly what the Lord intends for us? What does God really want us to...

Many individuals, including Christians, approach God with self-focused intentions, seeking to use His power to fulfill personal desires rather than submitting to His will. This often involves assuming what is good and then using the Scriptures to justify carnal ambitions. Such an approach is an attempt to abuse God’s power, as He is concerned not only with the outcomes but also with the underlying...

” Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.”  (Matthew 6:10 KJV) The Lord’s Prayer teaches about the establishment of the Kingdom of God, but do we truly understand what this Kingdom is and how it is established? How do we perceive its power and glory? How can we be certain that we are living the life of this Kingdom? Without an accurate understanding of God’s Kingdom and...

In these times where several doctrines are being propagated as truth, the Lord wants us to rejoice when we find the true path (doctrine) to salvation. This is because of the hope of deliverance that the truth (Messiah) presents: a deliverance that truly saves us from sin in our inward parts and brings us from Egypt to the Promised Land. In this message titled 'Rejoicing Over Truth', Pastor Jeffrey...
