I had to call SSI more than once, causing stress, and in the second call, I was triggered. I covered how I handled the call and what steps helped me today. During the recording, I also have a panic attack. I talk myself down while recording. I hope this helps anyone.

I woke up feeling emotionally stressed today. I decided to dump it out to have a productive day completing my mini-course. I have to make sure I keep my mental health stable by any means necessary.
