Hello, I am sharing some thoughts behind my year's theme of "self-sufficiency" as well as the benefits of trusting yourself and believing in your long term life plans

It has been a wild past few months. I've done a bunch of internal work getting over several limiting beliefs, as well as I've revisited past traumas to break current cycles and I catch myself in. I am working on a bigger mission and I am letting go of the crutches I lean on for comfort and security. Thank you for your support. Guest podcasts on the way

This is another bump in the road. I hadn’t had time to journal or been able to write, so this is the first time I gather my thoughts on the matter. This will give us time to spend some time alone, and give us new lessons to learn from. Huge thanks to everyone for supporting me and lending me strength.
