Look and Live

As Christians, we do not live our lives on what we can see in the physical alone. We draw hope and encouragement from the unseen- those things which God has promised and kept for those who trust in Him including the hope of heaven

Taking our text from the book of Luke chapter 18, Jesus said that “men” must pray always and not give up. As children of God we need to stay in the place of prevailing faith, and consistent prayer because God is faithful and he promises to always come through for us right on time.

We live in a society where our faith in Jesus is constantly on trial however if we do not compromise, the Lord promises us great deliverance in midst any persecution we may face as a result of holding on to our faith.

This is a concluding part of the last episode. In this part we look at the story of Ezekiel in the valley of the dry bones and what we can learn and attribute to our lives today. Be blessed.

There is a spirit in man and God’s breath gives understanding. Be blessed.

Taking our text from Joshua 1:9. We are encouraged by the promise of God to Joshua that He will never leave us nor forsake us.

A shepherd is all that the sheep needs to navigate. In Psalm 23, David describes the Lord as his shepherd. We too can live a life of absolute reliance on God to lead us as the good shepherd leads his sheep to pasture.

In Matthew Chapter 6 from verse 26, we are encouraged to live a life free of worry and embrace complete trust in God and His ability to provide for us.

The word of God is complete and more than we desire success, the Lord is committed to our success and gives us the recipe in his word. Let’s explore together as we take our study from Joshua 1:8.

Whatever we do in this life is transient, there is a place called eternity where we will be forever. This episode challenges us to live daily with this consciousness and not get distracted and too occupied with this life and loose focus on the most important-the Soul.

We are daily confronted with different issues that bring about anxiety, uncertainty and fear but we have an open invitation from God to come just as we are with our loads and burdens and in exchange, He will give us true rest.

We live in a world where people are always confused life generally. With God, we do not need to be confused because His word promises us that when we ask for wisdom, He does not hold back, He gives wisdom. Let this bless you.

Beyond the holidays and traditions, the whole essence of Christianity is centred around the resurrection of Jesus Christ. This episode explores the book of Isaiah chapter 53 and what Christ’s suffering, death and resurrection means for us today.

We always describe God as faithful, but much more than a cliche, have we really stopped to think of what this really means and how we can live everyday relying on this truth. This episode speaks on God’s faithfulness to us and what this means. God bless you.

We live in a world where the enemy is constantly shouting with many voices, questioning God’s truth in our lives but in the midst of the chaos and noise, we can have joy and peace that the world cannot understand because our attention is on the still small voice.

In walking with God, he does not need our perfection to use us, rather we see time after time that God has a track record of using the very weak things to prove His strength. Like Paul, I pray that we come to that understanding that when we are weak, then we are strong. Let this bless you today.

In a very busy world with so many things competing for our attention and many others to put in the worry list, God is reminding us that though these things are there, we can be still.
