We just started a new project few days ago. This is exciting for me since I'm trying to use Next12 with latest version of MUI. Currently, I just use the stater Nextjs project from MUI github page. As of now, this starter project can't work with React18 just yet. Haha. Yeah, I know it's still early for that since both Next12 & React18 features are still not yet stable. One still in alpha stage....

Yeah. We still finalizing things this week. Next week, we will focus on the BSS (Business Support System) & OSS (Operational Support System) on one of the old portal we've. 

Since we implement a new work flow, starting from this month, on every end of month, basically the last week of every month. We have to finalize every tasks given within that month. Any outstanding tasks that are not yet finalize or finished, then we will need to bring them up to the next month. That's what we are doing this week. 

It is what it is. 2 of our main developers handling a project resign from their position. The last day for one of them was on Friday and the other one will be on the upcoming Monday. We just knew about this on the last Thursday. Why didn't they tell us sooner?

Everyone hired a full stack developer cause they want them to handle everything. I mean literally everything from the front-end, back-end & dev ops, basically everything until the system LIVE & operable. We get that! But those title should have matching compensation aka salary. There always gonna be work. When holiday came, we should just rest & spend our time for whatever that we want to. It surely don't have to be about work. If you want to do them, then it's okay. If that's how you wanna spend your time. Just know that you don't have to. Unless you're the business owner yourself. That's a different story then~

We just have too. Since we work for somebody else, where we don't have the power to have a say in it. We just need to be prepared. It is what it is. 

About to finish our current project.

Don't know what to write here. I'm not a good writer. And also not a good speaker. But I'll try my best to improve that. Anyway, you're welcome to listen the episode to know more.

Yeah. It is what it is. Most company will definitely looks after itself first before their employees. That's why not everything that the company does it's good for you all. You should be the one who knows how to differentiate which is which. If you don't, ask someone who you can trust or you will be played by your company later if you don't. Just my 2cents.

Yup. It's true since I've been waiting for this. This one of things on my list that I want to learn and get good with it. 

For the rest of the months in this year, we (my team & I) are expected to finish two more projects. One web & one mobile app. I'm actually looking forward to start doing the mobile app asap. Norms of being a programmer in general

To future me, if you at that time have work in a lot of company other than this or still work at this company. Please hear this. I wanna know what you think of this during your current time or with the experience you have right now.

I just have one thing to say. Do a proper documentation. Make it easier for everyone else to do their job properly.

There's a lot of time where I feel like having a proper documentation could really speed up our process of doing our work. Especially when doing 'bugs fixing' on other people code. 

I've to admit that this is true to some level. But that doesn't mean you can't do anything about it. There always gonna be a way or two you could improve your workflow even if you can't directly speak or communicate with someone. That's why for me, knowing how document everything correctly could save others than wasting their time doing something that they shouldn't be doing in the first place. Th...
