As we go through life and its transitions. This week we share our rants, topics that we need to recant and to offer our resolutions and opinions.

There comes a time in life; well, your perspective changes on things that you believe in. THis week the4opinions takes a look at some of the things in this world that deserves a rant. Or media issues that can be recanted. However, what ever it may be, there must be an opinion of how to resolve it. 

Bukwon Holland talks about Golden Thyme a black owned coffee shop right in the heart of the community.

4Opinions discuss the ever-so relevant topics of Black Americans still not seeking mental health therapy, or feeling that there is a great need to seek therapy.  

Traditionally, in relationships women are always gifted feminine gifts... like flowers, perfume etc. In a social media experiment, women decided to give men flowers and the reactions were unexpected to most and challenged from both sides. Has it became the norm to give me roses while in a romantic relationship and if so , how did the times change.

4Opinions discuss the question of while you are  in a relationship who is to love more in the relationship, the male or the female. Are percentages required for relationships today? Will a relationship be able to have longevity if each parties are not giving there part in the relationship.
