Journey Through Scripture

Send us Fan Mail Today we get a final look at Esau and his descendants. (I also give a quick note of interest about a former episode.)

Send us Fan Mail Today will dispel any belief that the Bible is boring. Jacob's daughter is raped and her brothers get revenge in a big way.

Send us Fan Mail Today Jacob takes his family back to his homeland and has to confront his brother who had threatened to kill him. It is quite an encounter after an eventful journey!

Send us Fan Mail Today is filled with jealousy, deceit and humor - oh my!

Send us Fan Mail Today we see the disturbing way that Jacob and his mother deceive Isaac in his old age. It's amazing how God continues to love, protect and keep His promise even when His children act so horribly.

Send us Fan Mail Today we see Abraham die, and we focus on his son, Isaac. Isaac's wife, has twins, and so the saga of God's people continues.

Send us Fan Mail Today a wife is  chosen for Isaac in an unusual and miraculous way.

Send us Fan Mail Today we see the amazing account of Abraham's ultimate test of faith, and also the death of Sarah.

Send us Fan Mail Today we see Abraham fall back on an old deceptive mindset, but we also see the promise of God fulfilled as Sarah finally has her baby. Abraham's first son and his mother are not happy about it.

Send us Fan Mail Today we see Sarah's reaction to the news that she will actually have a child at age 90. We also see the depravity and destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah, and what happens to Lot's family.

Send us Fan Mail Today we see Abram and Sarai faltering in their faith a bit and making their own plans instead of believing God's promise.

Send us Fan Mail Today we see how God dealt with the increasing pride of humanity by causing them to speak different languages and scattering them throughout the world. We also see the lineage from Noah to Abram.

Send us Fan Mail Today we start the journey of Abram and see how even people of great faith can fail and be rescued by God.

Send us Fan Mail Today we read the profoundly sad account of the Great Flood, but also the profound mercy of God as he saves a remnant of creation and promises to never again destroy the earth by flood.

Send us Fan Mail Today we follow the bloodline from Adam to Noah. (Genesis chapters 4-5)

Send us Fan Mail Today takes us through the beginning of beginnings...creation of nature and mankind.

Send us Fan Mail In this introductory episode I briefly explain my passion for God's Word and my plan for sharing it in short  passages which also include devotional and historical insights by the author of this particular Biblical presentation of The Daily Bible in Chronological Order - 365 Daily Readings.
