A new chapter begins...

At the beginning of this episode I discuss, in vague terms, PTSD symptoms from a car crash. I have found it helpful to define the expectations of success, so that it's easier to reach!

I'm grateful for lots of things, and very grateful that you took the time to check this episode out.

I'm wondering about lots of things and hope that you can find comfort in knowing that someone other than you is feeling confused, frustrated, answerless - it's okay.

Herein I muse on my gratitude for my past self going with his gut and not getting entirely reliant on software for my piano and synths, and also for not drinking a lot of alcohol. It's a lovely practice, this kind of gratitude. It's helping me think more about how I can help my future self in the now.

After several attempts at recording over a few days of being extremely tired and falling asleep before I could hit "send", here it is!

I honestly don't remember what I said in this podcast cause I was falling asleep while recording. I do remember that it felt true
