I really battled with trust issues the past year, trusting is not really the easiest of things to do. My Social battery also got bigger yippie. In this episode I shared how year 22 went for me and I pray my experiences and learnings bless you too. I almost teared up listening to this one.

I currently get myself gifts for almost anything. Although I'm still waiting for my Christmas and easter gifts, please help me beg the person to ship them to me. I believe a good way to start with this specific love language is by learning generosity, you don't have to break the bank for it to be considered generosity. Do within your means.

Learning to be confident about your talents, goals and mission. Pretty much learning to toot your horn. Confidence speaks volumes, when you start being bold about what you do you start to believe in yourself even more. As you listen to this, I hope you start to believe in the work of your hands and stay diligent. The goal is excellence

Sometimes I just like to avoid having conversation with elders, because small gist you'll start thinking about your life and doubting yourself. How do we bridge the gap between them wanting to give us advice and them actually understanding how the work culture in our generation is quite different from theirs. How do we help the elders understand our aspirations or do we just let them be?

I want my listeners to know that it is the month of July(Why am I laughing?). I want them to know my sense of humor is unmatched(they can try checking if they doubt). I want them to know that I love them and that I am grateful Jiffs with Mims has been a form of encouragement to them in the first half of the year.

I am learning some people don't know how to talk or put themselves in the shoes of others *scratches head*. I acknowledge that it's not possible to like everything but in giving an opinion check your heart and motives. Communication is the bedrock of our interaction as humans and it's something we can learn as well as get better at everyday.

My first guest #tears and I decided to have a family member on this one to just ease my way into it. This episode is pretty much for you to laugh as we laugh, for vibes and there are definitely plenty gems scattered all around this conversation.

A lot of times, I create an episode or carousel and then everywhere I go people start talking about the same thing. It just shows it’s something God is teaching in that season. This episode is one of such, God is teaching this in this season.

A part two,leading you through the process of starting, dealing with overwhelming emotions, burnouts and learning how to be patient with the assignment and growth.

How to start with what you have. The kind of mindset to have when building systems and how to deal with a vision that seems too overwhelming or large.

I am not sure why I said genuinely too many times but maybe it just means my feelings and expressions are indeed genuine. What to do when you don’t feel good enough or you’re going through imposter syndrome.
