It's a Gundam!

Merry Christmas! Well, if you're listening on Patreon or if you're in the world of War in the Pocket. Otherwise, Merry Christmas was a week ago! Is War in the Pocket going to give us a good episode to celebrate? Listen and find out.

We've already reached the halfway point of War in the Pocket! Also, we're all sick and grumpy. Will that cause Zach to come around on Al? Is Geremy making a bunch of belligerent political jokes a result of the election, the holidays, or being sick? And who is the Gundam home run king?

It's time for episode 2 of War in the Pocket! Does Alfred get any better? Who is Gundam's new shitty teen, and why is his team hazing him like he's a college kid? Does Chris do anything in this show? And what dumb nickname would you give a Gundam in the RX-Series? Listen and find out.

It's episode one of our OVA arc, starting with Mobile Suit Gundam: War in the Pocket. How 80s is this anime from 1989, the last year of the 80s? Who's the main character? And how good is animation that costs $100 an episode?

After a brief hiatus, we're back to talk about our final thoughts on Witch From Mercury. Was it good? How could the ending have been better? What effect will WFM have on the future of Gundam? And which characters do we realize we've been mixing of Durundal-and-Djibril style midway through the episode? Listen to find out!

It’s our 2024 Thanksgiving Thanktacular, where we thank all of our patrons for the year! What else do we do? We had plans we announced on our patreon, but Geremy decided to change them last second, in the middle of the episode, so you’ll have to listen and see. Hear? Listen and hear.

It's the finale! Did they stick the landing?! There's no way to know!

Suletta just wants to talk to her family and somebody had to show up with a Deathstar.

We hit the emotional climax this week as Suletta and Miorine reunite. Also, we speculate a lot on Guel's motivation, make fun of Lauda, and try to figure out once and for all just what the Space Assembly League is.

As we get ready to enter the climax of Witch From Mercury, the Earth House student body finish their character arcs, Suletta tells everyone about her family situation, and Miorine's first act as president is to go take a nap. Also, since adults and teachers can't do anything, Belmeria and the remaining Uber driver try to make the kids an offer they can't refuse.

Everything is exploding! Shaddiq's entire plan crumbles in a way that definitely isn't his fault, and was not preventable, Guel attempts to get revenge for that time he accidentally killed his own father, Petra complains about her boyfriend, and some one gets a new mobile suit! Can you guess who?

Armed with their new rap personas, Miorine and Guel head to Earth to see if they can suppress the riots, as part of Miorine's campaign for president. It's too bad she can't just debate Shaddiq on the issues, that would certainly help the members of the group decide who they wanted to make president, and would not just devolve into two teenagers shouting insults at each other. Politics have really...

Everyone is wearing an uncomfortable suit this episode! After breaking Suletta's heart, Miorine is onto bigger things, trying to take her dad's job! Meanwhile, Chuchu tries to console her old friend, and Prospera tries her hand at being comic relief. Meanwhile, Eri decides she's tired of being a Mobile Suit, and wants to be a real girl.

Remember at the start of this series when it looked like this was going to be a weird Gundam Dating Sim Game? That show is back for an episode! Guel confesses his feeling, but Suletta is determined to get the Miorine ending! Surely she's not going to pick any dialogue options regarding her own mother that will ruin her life? Also, what's worse, a Bad Ending, or a Happy Birthday?

Guys, I think Prospera might be the bad guy. On the other hand, she did install the first security system that prevents a Gundam from being stolen merely by thinking about it, so maybe she's a necessary evil?

After psychically sensing the distress of his brother, Bob takes the "have a worse day than Lauda Neill" challenge.

It's time for the Rumble Ring to begin, and that can't be a bad thing right? It's just some good old fashioned fun, right? It's not as though some terrorists are going to show up with a steel chair, or their beams set to full power to ruin the day. So buy some goat's milk, don't worry about the cops, and enjoy episode 14 of Witch from Mercury.

We're back with the second half of Witch From Mercury! After Suletta's totally normal actions at the end of the last season, she's ready to get back to school, and meet her new kohai. I'm sure they're upstanding young people who don't do any drugs or murders probably.

Finally, after years of waiting, we saw Gundam SEED Freedom, and sat down to record our thoughts on the film. Generally? Positive!

Remember when this was a nice show about sapphic school girls? Now it's Gundam; Who will survive?

On this week's episode: ahhh, they're perfect for each other.
