Ditch the school dance and come party with Angela because we're talking Kevin S. Tenney's Night of the Demons (1988). Not a lot of character or plot in this one, but it's a really fun time with some stylish direction and great FX. Plus: Angela as a dancing (nepo) icon, Linnea Quigley's line deliveries, Rodger as a rare black 80s horror survivor, and subverting the "good boy/bad boy" trope with Jay...

Pop in that 1984 videocassette because we're checking out writer/director Cradeaux Alexander's  Inherit The Witch  (2024). Sadly we're not recommending this one. Despite a few fun performances and an unexpected ending, the feuding family film is overly plotted, feels drawn out, and features some pretty dodgy acting. It's just not for us. Questions? Comments? Snark? Connect with the boys on Twitter...

It's a 'Joe pick' for the second week of our Gay Icons & Anniversaries theme as the boys discuss Jonathan Glazer's modern classic Birth (2004).
