This first week we’ll explore the foundation of “newness in Christ” and what it means for us who are hamstrung by the “old Adam” within us.  What does it mean that we’re “born again” or “a new creation” in and through Christ?  What does it mean for our now…and what does it mean for our future?  Today we remember from God’s Word “The New You” given in and through your baptism into Christ!

The Heart of God is one that bleeds with forgiveness for His people. A New Covenant had been prophesied in Jeremiah that God would fully forgive the sins of His people and establish a new way of being in relationship with them. This night we set aside to celebrate the gift of the Lord’s Supper that Jesus gave to us. This holy meal is a celebration of the Heart of our God…a Heart of Forgiveness.
