Ah. The speech outline. Ever since I learned about this, I've been applying to every type of communication. And I mean every one. From interviews, to telling stories to friends, to giving an actual speech, this outline could transform the way you speak and write.

Change is a hard thing to influence. But in this third and final part of the Formula for Influence, I show you exactly how to do that through using the pain we identified in the last episode to create a change in someone's life.

Now before you freak out, I'm not talking about causing pain, but identifying what pains people are suffering from you can help them solve it. Nobody's going to do what you ask them to do unless there's some kind of pain that action is going to solve.

The key to confidence is owning what you do. You’ve got to commit. Whether it’s in your words, your body language, or your life. You’ve got to own who you are and be completely unashamed of it.
