Can lawmakers, right now, use Section 3 of the Constitution’s 14th Amendment to prevent Trump from retaking office? This clause asserts that an oath-breaking insurrectionist cannot lead the country as president. Can this go anyw...

Congress passed a Continuing Resolution to keep the federal government open, now it heads to the Senate . Hopefully, that’ll pass the Senate, Biden will sign it before midnight, and the lights’ll stay on! It’s worth mentioning that yesterday the House had a bipartisan bill that looked ready to pass with strong support. That is, until an unelected man- the richest one in the world- ordered it taken...

As Congress heads into Plan C to avoid a federal government shutdown, we’re left wondering how “efficient” Musk’s curveball to kill the bipartisan funding bill is. And in that line, who the hell elected this guy? He’s the world’s richest man, and isn’t accountable to anyone but his own pocketbook. Now he’s poised to be Shadow President of the United States in the incoming chaos machine masqueradin...

Dom’s back! Earl Ingram joins to cohost today. Moving on from the local news of the last hour as we discussed developments in the ALCS shooting, Dom and Earl look to national governance.
