Happy New Year! 05.01.2019

My Best Albums Of 2018 29.12.2018

Selections from 55 of my favourite albums of the year. Again, pre-recorded so I could still bring you the show whilst relaxing on the beach in Rarotonga! I would recommend every single one of these albums; something for everyone I reckon. (Quoth he, ever so humbly!)

Annual Xmas Special 22.12.2018

Pre-recorded Christmas Special as I was en route to Rarotonga when the show was being broadcast. Featured many of my favourite seasonal selections, some new ones from Blind Raccoon records, and Paul Norton's latest compilation (Sun-Drenched Christmas), plus the annual ritual with The Pogues / Monty Python / Steeleye Span segue to Loreena McKennitt's God Rest Ye Merry, Gentlemen

What's 4/5 new, half female, and 1/3 Canadian? 15.12.2018

New music from Salif Keita, Sweden's Sver, Portland's Foghorns, The Afro Celts, The Outside Track, Old Man Luedecke, Rachel Newton, Talisk, Old Blind Dogs, Shooglenifty, Rosanne Cash - and heaps more besides. Plus a hint of seasonal fare at the end.

Where does the Truth Lie? 03.11.2018

This week's show was loosely subtitled "Where Does The Truth Lie?" Some may say it lies in gardens, most say politicians lie all the time. So, to change the subject, I played lots of old favourites and new releases as well!
