Boz from The Little Pod Of Horrors podcast pulls the Movie Stack Jenga pick this week with Black Dynamite.  With the #Bromance in full swing, the trio of the whitest men who ever lived discuss this loving lampoon of 70’s Blacksploitation.  Boz calls into the lab super late at night from an undisclosed hotel to hang with us on this show. Paul from the Who Will Survive horror podcast pulls the Movie Stack Jenga pick this week with Switchblade Sisters.  The episode has comparisons of a heavily edited German release with the original US theatrical cut due to Cort’s not being able to decipher the German menus from his imported BluRay prior to starting his notes.  Paul had chosen the film based solely on its catchy title and was comple...

Daeron from the VD Clinic and Psychosemantic podcast pulls the Movie Stack Jenga pick this week with Cult Of Chucky.  The trio start out far off track as Cort fails to reign in the antics even slightly for the bulk of the episode. Rampant insanity may or may not be the cause of this severely distracted episode, but the out takes quarantine the really off topic stupidity.  The review was a seriousl...

Jeffery X Martin from the Kiss The Goat, The Food Chain, Theme Warriors, and Cinema Beef Podcasts pulls the Movie Stack Jenga pick this week with Your Vice Is A Locked Room And Only I Have The Key.  The episode starts with discussion of what our vices are and what the key thing that only the other possesses is to unlock it and continues at an accelerated pace to beat an impending ice storm for Mat...

Vanessa from the VD Clinic Podcast pulls the Movie Stack Jenga pick this week with Foxy Brown.  The trio of perverts on this recording then proceed to soak everything in sight as the literally and figuratively gush over Pam Grier and Foxy Brown.  In between restraining order worthy diatribes and creepy stalker talk, the perverts manage to huddle up in the middle enough to discuss this exploitation...

Our Valentine’s Day film and Movie Stack Jenga pick this week is Nightmare Sisters.  Gary Hill, the reigning champion of most guested on Cinema PSYOPS brings some succubus love to the show with his pick of Nightmare Sisters.  The Boys attempt to refrain from transforming into cartoon wolves with bulging eyes as they talk about Dave DeCoteau’s ode to naked women in bath tubs soaping each other up. ...

Our Movie Stack Jenga pick this week covers Day of The Animals.  Matt is too lazy to walk three feet to the conveyer belt to the studio and refuses to accept that it is three feet to the seat on the conveyer belt.  Cort decides to test the new bunker’s automated biological support system by slowly freezing Matt to death to see if the new system, now named B.A.B.S.S, can register the danger to Matt...

Our Movie Stack Jenga pick this week yields a nasty little Italian crime film gem known in the states as Cry of a Prostitute and in Matt’s mind as City of Prostitutes which he was disappointed was not the case.  The sexualized violence contained in the film causes a rift and sexual hangups for the boys almost as much as Cort’s inability to accept that dead kids are not a good place to smuggle drug...

Our Movie Stack Jenga pick of The Haunted Palace is thrown for a loop when the proposed guest and Cort get down with the sickness. The obsessive drive to put out an episode pushes Cort beyond his suffering and Matt into the newly automated bunker to quarantine Cort and his SuperFlu.  The notes were written and the clips captured in the haze of a fever, the discussion and review recorded between co...

Cort’s Movie Stack Jenga pick yields a confusing, surrealistic, frustrating and gloriously bizarre film in Horror House on Highway Five. This is possibly the ultimate experience in cinematic psychological warfare as the boys find they are unable to decipher if they love or hate it. They each start on one side and end on the other, unsure of whether or not they will remain there or if this is the b...

Our first Full Franchise Fest chosen in the Movie Stack Jenga format is the Warlock Films.  Matt and Cort refuse to do all three films in the franchise until the bots revolt and force the pair to duel with the entirety of the films. The sneak preview of our upcoming series “Movie Stack Jenga” debuts on this New Years Special covering John Carpenter’s The Thing from 1982 as it was pulled successfully from the movie stack by Fancy.  A very burnt out Cort is caught “MacReadying” by a shockingly gentle and supportive Matt.  Mark is witness to this scene and immediately pulled into the debauched and unholy festivities of PSYOPS La...

On this Giftmas Eve, in the warmth of the fiery Yule log all through the PSYOPS House, The Movie review this holiday season was chosen by contest winner Chris Mounce. The film Found is from 2012, and is void of any semblance of cheer, but the Anti-Chirstmas Music will lighten your spirts and remove all of your fear. Cort has a bit of Frank Cross moment in the closing,  just like the end of Scrooge...

Daeron of the Psychosemantic Podcast did investigative checks into the nefarious activities of the PSYOPS crew and uncovered not just one but two separate conspiracies to cover up future guest host appearances on the show.  Daeron was able to do this in record time when Cort posted that a guest spot was up for grabs when someone could put the pieces together as to who the next crossover would be a...

Matt is Down with the Sickness this week causing a shift in scheduling and the next episode of Couples Therapy where the amazingly talented and wonderful Bev joins her husband in his project studio.  Bev and Cort talk about another film they both dearly love Tucker and Dale vs Evil. Prepare your dental cleaning and Diabetes medication because the sweetness is about to make you sick in this Couples...

The month of December kicks off with the Psyops crew paying a long over due debt to its contest winner Chris from WI with the first of his two appearances where we talk about the amazing William Castle and his film Macabre from 1958.  We go off the rails before the episode even starts and never get back on facilitating a larger outtakes section and rants aplenty from all involved.  Join the madnes...

The final episode of Nopevember 2017 brings in the grit and grime of Scum 1979.  Andy Blockley, who is currently too fucking busy remodeling his house to be podcasting with us, brings us to an overarching paranoid state as we talk the fear of being locked up and under constant threat of violence in an institution that cares nothing for its inmates.  Andy is known for his previous shows like Opera...

The third episode of Nopevember brings Suzanne from Two Drink Minimum and No Fucking Way commentary podcasts to share a double whammy of a Bring Your Own Cinematic Trauma that is tied directly to her own arachnophobia.  Suzanne has very real and audible reactions to talking about the film.  You can hear as she scratches at her arms from just the idea of spiders crawling on her. The show has a long...

The second episode of Nopevember starts with Cort refusing to use any Pearl Jam songs just because they may have the same title as this week’s movie, Alive.   The episode contains discussions about Aviophobia wrapped around the most well known Twilight Zone episode “Terror at 20,000 Feet” and the plane crash epic of the 90’s “Alive”.  Cort opens up and discusses as frankly as he can about his fear...

The inaugural episode of Nopevember kicks off with Matt picking a fight with Jimmy Stewart who was transported into the studio by Cort.  Then Cort and Matt begin dealing with their acrophobia as we review the classic Vertigo.  The fear of heights is a very real phobia that both the Psyop boys deal with on a regular basis and this episode contains some very real and frank discussions on that topic,...

The Deuce podcast crosses over with a special Double Deuce Dose of The Howling.  The first installment begins when Cort finds Matt in the bathroom somewhere in the House on Haunted Hill and drags him back to the studio to talk with Jeremy and Brad of the Duce Podcast about the Joe Dante Classic The Howling. The boys then crash the Deuce podcast feed to discuss The Howling 2: Striba Your Sister is...

After a week long bender through all space and time due to unfortunate events in a Packers game Matt goes on an epic drunken adventure through a night in a house on a haunted hill.  Daeron from the Psychosemantic podcast and Vanessa from The VD Clinic Podcast join Cort in reviewing the footage of that event and covering the Vincent Price fronted William Castle classic The House on Haunted Hill. Fi...

In the first Couples Therapy episode Cort is joined by his lovely wife Bev to talk about her favorite movie The Burbs.  Much of who they are as a couple is accented by a mutual love of this absurd little comedic gem.  Bev even tells a few stories about Cort in his angrier days as Cort The Bastard. The truth as to why our network’s fearless leader has been so spiteful towards the PSYOPS’ crew is revealed in this mega episode where Bo brings his own cinematic trauma with Humanoids From The Deep. When a heavy hitter of a film is being covered, it requires a team up to carry that review home.  With the weight of Streets OF Fire looming on their shoulders, The Boys of the Beef and the Mad Science Screw ups of PSYOPS Labs combine their lack of Fucks to give in order to talk about this Walter Hill classic creating the Where’s The Cinema PSYOPS Beef? Crossover. Find us in: iTunes: https://itune...
