Ok we are going to get to President Carter's funeral, the leading cause of death in 2024, Bible sales in 2024 and more, but before we do, there is a weird war in the online world this week about whether Muslims and Christians serve the same God.  All this and more today on ChurchPublic podcast! . . --- At Church Public we create compelling content to equip you to follow Jesus and engage in th...

Jesus brings PEACE! This is the second week in our Advent series here at ChurchPublic. Last week we looked at the Advent of Hope. Today we will look at the Advent of Peace. This peace, peace from God, heavenly peace is different from the peace this world offers. This is Week 2 of Advent here at Church Public.  Advent is a season of hope and expectation. It's a time to prepare for the coming o...

Today in Current Events from a Christian Perspective: Public schools are becoming satanic temples. No that is not an exaggeration, a school in Ohio is now offering an hour during school where students can learn about the teachings of the Satanic Temple. This seems bad to me, but we will look at the story.  Meanwhile, a city council in Oklahoma decides to invoke Medusa, yes that Medusa and many oth...

Advent Week 1 - HOPE! Advent is a traditional Christian practice that reminds us how much we need our Savior Jesus Christ. The word Advent means ‘visit’ or ‘arrival’. Today we remember the arrival of Jesus to this world. Many of your kids have the little calendars with chocolate in them marking each day until Christmas. This practice of Advent is a weekly reminder marking the arrival of Jesus into...

CP418 Happy Thanksgiving! INTRO 424 years ago the pilgrims landed on Plymouth Rock with the express purpose of creating a new society where God was central and no king would tell them how to worship. Since then, our country has seen countless issues trying to pull us away from our worship of God.  Today on ChurchPublic we are taking a break from current events to focus on the story of Thanksgiving...

Today in Current Events from a Christian Perspective: Trump promises to crack down on gender insanity promoted by the left and the Biden/Harris administration.  In case you forgot they had a man who surgically altered himself to look like a woman go topless on the White House lawn.  I will not show you that video, but here is Biden hugging that man right before the 'incident.' And of cou...

Today in Current Events from a Christian Perspective: Donald J Trump will be the 47th president of the United States of America. In a shocking, but not surprising turn of events on election night, Trump was declared the winner of the race. I have been saying for months he would win if the cheating was kept at bay. It seems that the numbers were so great for Trump that there was no way to challenge...

Today in Current Events from a Christian Perspective: A rando comedian goes rogue at the Trump Madison Square Garden Rally and Biden calls half the nation garbage.  Meanwhile, Kamala again, misquotes scripture, this time with a new accent. And Jimmy Kimmel makes an illegal joke that he will face absolutely no consequences for. All this and more today on Church Public! . . --- At Church Public we c...

Kamala Harris heard a person at the rally shout, "Jesus is LORD," and apparently had them thrown out of the rally. This leaves the question, why? Why does she not want real Christians at the rally? Could it be because she is so pro abortion that the mere presence of a believer causes chaos? Who knows. Meanwhile, JD Vance was at a rally and when the crowd shouted, "Jesus is King,&quo...

Today in Current Events from a Christian Perspective: Kamala is introduced as a 'phenomenal servant of God' for a church service. We'll take a look at this claim and weigh the evidence.  We also take a look at the latest border crisis, gangs taking over apartment buildings.  And finally we take a view into the Al Smith Charity Dinner where both sides were invited, but only one chose...

Today in Current Events from a Christian Perspective: The Harris campaign's new ad drops telling us, once an d for all, what is a man. And the ad is, really cringey and, if I may say, not manly... Oh and Star Wars introduces a trans clone trooper and accidentally gives away the reality of the LGBT$%^&* game. All this and more today on Church Public. . . --- At Church Public we create comp...

Today in Current Events from a Christian Perspective: The border crisis just got worse. Apparently almost 500k immigrants were released into America who are convicted criminals. Many of whom are murders and rapists according to ICE. In other news, Time magazine draws a straight line from being trans to needing abortion so that's weird.  Meanwhile, and speaking of abortion, a recent study of C...

Today in Current Events from a Christian Perspective: Disney's new marvel series is, can you guess, the, and this is a quote, 'the gayest yet.' Meanwhile the Governor of Kentucky outlaws 'conversion therapy.' What is that and how does it affect Christians? We learn about the navy's newest 'gender neutral' submarine and talk about how confining men and women...

Today in Current Events from a Christian Perspective: As much as Vice President Harris would like to convince you that she is a new, fresh face, and wants us all to move forward into some unreachable utopia, the truth is that she has been in politics for decades and in her own words, "my values have not changed." Yes, you may be hearing all sorts of new and exciting things from her like...

Today in Current Events from a Christian Perspective: We are reminded that Kamala, and the state really do not like free speech.  Then we look at the country's oldest Baptist church and the demonic ceremony that just took place there.  Finally, we will check in on Russell Brand and see how his fresh faith in Jesus is going. Spoiler, he REALLY loves Jesus! All this and more today on ChurchPubl...

Today in Current Events from a Christian Perspective: Kamala Harris gives a disastrous interview which was apparently 27 minutes of recorded word salad cut down into 18 minutes of blabbering about nothingness. No real policy position, no intelligent plans. She couldn't even tell us what she would do on the first day in office. All the while avoiding the reality that she has been and IS the cu...

Today in Current Events from a Christian Perspective: A gigantic hindu statue is raised in Houston showing how far we have misunderstood religious freedom in America.  Kentucky Governor claims it is 'loving your neighbor' to kill babies in the womb. Wow what a terrible mis-application of God's Word. The Church of England wants to remove the word 'church' so that more peopl...

I'm tired of being a conservative.  After all what are we conserving? Jesus said of those that believe,  “You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot." Matthew 5:13 . . --- At Church Public we create compelling content to equip you to follow Jesus and...

Today in Current Events from a Christian Perspective: Tim Walz is selected for Vice President in the Democratic ticket making the Harris / Walz pair the most extremely progressive ever in American History, and that's saying something. Meanwhile we look back at the Olympics and look past all the satanic woke garbage to some really great moments that show the light of Jesus in a dark place All...

Today in Current Events from a Christian Perspective: Women's Olympic Boxer Beaten by a Man? Abortion as Healthcare with Mayor Pete on White Dudes for Harris.  And I swear, I did not make up one word of that. Kamala's extreme Abortion Platform with an eye to the election.  All this and more today on ChurchPublic CP403 . . --- At Church Public we create compelling content to equip you to...
