Callie is a writer, school psychologist, forest therapy guide, wellness coach and community advocate for mental health. She publishes a wellness blog and is an active proponent of sharing support for the chronic illness community. She knows healing is multidimensional and believes each of us holds the power to live well, despite and even because of what previously held us back. Her debut book, Jump, How Chronic Illness Made Me Well, a memoir about her experience with chronic illness is available on Amazon.
