The story of God is a story of One who never lets go, even when we try to shake him. In the story of Jesus, the same God reminds the disciples that no matter their condition he holds on. As we wrap up this series, we're reminded of our condition in the world and the ways God causes our transformation and freedom.

"God of wonders, beyond our galaxy, you are holy." It's hard to fathom a God so big, but even more to imagine that God became so small in the person of Jesus. the Bible is a collection of correspondence. Stories recounted to communities. Accounts of Jesus' life to confirm the faith of new believers. Letters written to new communities, like the Colossians. What is the central message of Paul's correspondence with the Colossians? How does Paul guide us to be correspondent people? 

Tune in for our first week in our series on the letter to the Colossians. Pastor Katie gives us a great foundation to understand what this letter is all about and how it can point us to Jesus.

We live in a world of distraction -- so how do we keep centered on the spiritual life in the middle of all that? How do we simplify our practice and concentration on God? How can we have less vying for our minds?

Why should I invite someone to church? Why should I make the case for following Jesus? As we wrap up this series, consider what it means to share Jesus with someone else in your life.

Okay, you want to follow Jesus, by why should we follow Jesus with others? What's the value of circling up with other people? Why does God want us in community? 

Okay, so Jesus apparently rose from the dead. Why should I care? Why should I follow him, let alone organize my whole life around him? Of all the people I could choose to follow, why Jesus? Hop in to the first week of our series "Why" as Colin tackles the central question of who Jesus is and why we should follow him. On Good Friday we experience the depths Jesus went to in order to save us, and during Holy Week we go through it with him. 

On this Palm Sunday Colin talks about how God is faithful in prayer. He answers our prayers. And praying connects us to the story of his faithfulness, including the story of his entry into Jerusalem in the story of Jesus. 

What do you say to God when you pray? What if we just said what we thought? In week two of talking with God, Colin encourages us to be honest, direct, and frequent in our prayers to God.
