It's the season two finale! And just like the first season, we're ending it with a debate-style discussion on off the wall categories like 2000 cast remake and movie multiverse crossovers. The movie Red Notice (2021) broke Netflix records for most streams as well as most expensive movie produced. In today’s episode, we analyze what each of the leading actors brought to the film-- the Rock’s ridiculous physique, Ryan Reynold’s comedic delivery, and well, Gal Gadot’s in it. We agreed this movie is a must-watch, but not for the reason you may think.

For today’s episode, we invited Will Smith super fan aficionado Davis Wallace on to help us talk through the biopic King Richard (2021). We discuss Will’s performance as the father of the Williams sisters and whether it’s worthy of an Oscar nomination. We also rank where this movie falls among the great (and not so great) films in Will Smith’s catalog.

For today's episode, we invited guests Monic & Jenelle of "Is Marriage Worth It" podcast to discuss the Netflix movie Lovehard.  It's a romantic comedy with all the expected romcom antics. We discuss if the plot would work in real life and we tackle the question is Diehard a Christmas movie?

In this episode, we tackle the film Dune (2021), out in theaters and HBO Max.  We all agreed that Dune is beautifully-captured with a phenomenal cast, but were split on whether we actually liked the movie. Some of the points of dispute were the lengthy runtime, the slow-burn approach to the plot progression, and the repetitious use of dream sequences.

This week we discuss the thriller/action film Till Death (2021) starring Megan Fox, currently streaming on Netflix. In this episode we explore cliched home invasion movie plots, the constant raising of stakes and Megan Fox's performance.
