Undergoing changes and reprogramming is sometimes tough. I think collectively we’ve all experienced seasons of peacefully suffering: happy, healing, hurting, all at once.

What are you running from? What are you running towards? Stop rushing your life to be over and start loving where you are.

We are often waiting on life to change or for it to be better, but please don’t forget to appreciate the life that you currently have!

Fear and uncertainty exist within all of us. But what is on the other side of your fears? You’ll never know till you try.

Tapping into the energy that is flowing within you. Learning how to let go of the blockages that you’ve created, so that you can experience fullness.

With Saturn leaving Aquarius it is the end of karmic cycles for fixed signs and here is how I reflect and plan to elevate being an Aquarius.

Learning to let go of things that no longer serve you. Letting go of negative habits that don’t align to who you are becoming.

Learning the different layers of you and honoring your perception of yourself. Getting to know you because it is an honor.

There is so much pressure that goes into fully reinventing yourself in the new year. Let’s all take a step back and refocus first so that we can all WIN!

Life is gonna keep coming at you, but it’s up to you to take responsibility and pick yourself back up again.

With a new year approaching, let’s start to take back all of our power from things that are doing us a disservice.
