I shared in my episode, Weekend Bate Papo: Goal Setting, that you must first identify your goals and later develop a game plan to reach each one. There is one KEY thing that you must do in between these two steps. It will mean the difference between whether you achieve or forget about your goal!

Did you know that people are no longer impressed by how much you know or how polished you may be? Find out what people are really searching for. It is only then that you will truly be able to add to their lives.
