Prologue The Whisper Before Time  Before the ticking of time, before stars, before indeed the breath of space, there was a stillness. Not silence, because silence implies sound staying to be born. Not darkness, for darkness needs light to be absent. 

The Breach Council   Aboard the Harmonia, the grand chamber of the Dawn Accord lustered with holographic starlight, casting long murk over the representatives gathered — Arkyn, Virellan, Human, Draal, and newer species like the Iridari and Sol- khe.

The Fractured Calm   The fate of the attack on the Harmonia left the boat bombarded, both in structure and spirit. masterminds worked around the timepiece, sealing housing breaches and repairing scorched resonance conduits. The damage was expansive but survivable.

The Calm Before the Storm   The Harmonia glided through the satiny dark of deep space, its housing shimmering noiselessly under the waterfall of distant stars. Selene sat at the observation sundeck, fritters smoothly tracing the silhouettes of the Arkyn Echo- cornerstone nestled in her win. 

 The Quiet After Light   It had been three days since the Liminal Alignment — three standard Earth days, though time no longer felt harmonious. Some described it as a storm of stars passing through their soul. Others had no words at all. 

The Cracking Silence   Selene floated inside her counterpoise chamber, sluggishly recovering knowledge. The shimmering trace of Kaelen's humane touch still dallied in her neural link. Though physically alone aboard the Odyssey- 12, her mind felt vast — as if it had seen across eternity and come back wiser, sadder, more alive. 

The stars of the Andara Galaxy burned steadily, ignorant of the slow ineluctability unfolding across the void. From the sundeck of the ISS Aetheris, Commander Selene Voss goggled at a fluttering deformation near the Helion Expanse — anomaly TR- 17. " Could be a comet, " said Ensign Daro, surveying readouts. Selene lowered . " Comets do n't broadcast structured signals. "
