The Game Idea Guy Discussions

I can't be the only person who feels like fighting games have lost the soul of what made them great. It's just been something that I have been thinking a bit about.

This quick thought discussion comes from a comment that was left on one of my Shorts/Tik Toks that I posted. I just wanted to give a thought on it.

So I decided to do a discussion that is a little bit different from my norm and give my take on VS Battles and Power Scaling.

This discussion is to give my thoughts on the Sonic Frontiers trailer. Hopefully one of my hunches about this game is correct.

Here is a discussion of the things that I think majorly need to be changed around with the VGAs. The show would be much improved if they gave a thought to these few things I point out.

This is something that was an interesting thing to think about and the Video Game Awards helped with giving my thoughts a little bit of clarity.

There are memes about it but this is actually a problem for a good deal of gamers and I think that explaining how I adjust to multiple platforms as someone who has gamed all of their life can actually be helpful.

I just wanted to make this discussion because I think I have inadvertently made a strong stance against emulation of games when I am not truly against it. So here are the boundaries that I have set for it which I go by myself.

It's one of the few things from Sonic Adventure 2 that was an amazingly interesting plot point that just got shoved aside once the game was over. Why didn't Sega expand on it?

This is just something minor that I noticed while browsing what is available to be played through the xCloud service currently.

Thanks to being a member of GamePass Ultimate, I was able to get the chance to play GTA San Andreas Definitive Edition once it launched. There are definitely some issues that would muddle the play experience of the game, so I talk about the issues I've run across so far.

I know that this comes off as nitpicky, but I am certain that many others can agree with what I have to say here.

So I've talked about xCloud before and my experience with it on mobile and PC, now I can talk about how it feels to utilize the service with the Xbox One.

This concept occurred to me while I was thinking about something else that could be done with Yu-Gi-Oh! so I decided to talk about it.

So IGN reviews Shin Megami Tensei V and fumbles their talking points. Here's what I think about that.

So I was thinking about this and thought that if it was conceptualized, how would it be best made? And this is what I came up with.

It seems like gamers will complain a lot about things then still pay into the things they are complaining about. Here's my thoughts as to why.

When keeping it "real" goes wrong.
