I have been calling the machine I use at the gym, “The Stepper”. Just found out it’s a modify elliptical machine.

I am 63! And I just finished 2 hours on the Stepper At Anytime Fitness 12.10.2026 6:44 ↓

I work out 2 hours on the Stepper at Anytime Fitness, I programmed fat burner, it went from 2 to 7 , lots of mountains and hills!

My Aunt didn’t move in 3 years and now she has lymphedema , I am going to a New Anytime Fitness gym for the stepper!
