Except for a few percussive samples this was all done with Sytrus (the computer I'm using now can hardly handle anything besides stock plug ins). Once again I found myself out of time and so had to do a bs speed run to scrape something together. 2026 CC Attribution Noncommercial No Derivative Works (BY-NC-ND)

I wanted to record something this week, but I got sick and when I recovered it was too late. Still I'm pretty happy with what I managed to do. Dare I say... I like it? Base for this one is recording that my friend sent me some time ago "I heard a wasp trapped in a can, I though that you might like it" - 100% true. I like this recording. I still played around stuff and had some cool...

Gettung back to one of my cores as a song maker; creating unease. I like evoking the feeling of something not bad but also not okay. 2026 CC Attribution Noncommercial No Derivative Works (BY-NC-ND)

This week, my aims for doing things differently to what I'd usually do were: Make something from EMF microphone recordingsUse a hypermeter that is something other than 4 bars (I went with 5 bars of 7/4) Process notes are on my blog, as usual. I was going to call the track "What the fuck was that?" after the muffled vocal sample that repeats throughout the band EMF's 'Unbel...

I was kind of feeling like doing a more traditional vocal driven song, but I also felt like doing an exploratory instrumental soundscape sort of thing, so I did both this week. ________________________________________________________________________________________ I tied my whole world up with a string Because I didn't want to go without it I know someday I'll lose everything But I don&...

The butnout is real, at least was able to base the drum beat off a quick beatbox I did. 2026 CC Attribution Noncommercial No Derivative Works (BY-NC-ND)

I've been messing with filters a lot this week and found a synth sound I really like through using a flanger, so made this short little test of sorts. 2026 CC0 Creative Commons Zero (Public Domain)

This is a rework of a musical sketch I made about a year and a half ago. The gist of it is that I love the "Acid Worm" preset in Massive X. The deep bass that burrows into your skull and the melodic arp that comes in are both Acid Worm. The other sounds are Basimilus Iteritas and a basic 909 style kick that is layered in to punch it up. 2026 CC Attribution Noncommercial (BY-NC)

I had a really terrible day today, so the only thing I could do is to process my pain through music. So here we are. Take it as is 2026 CC Attribution Noncommercial (BY-NC)

This track started when i found myself at the mall with my phone and some time to kill. Decided to do a little sound design using the M8 iOS app. Made an odd drum that I liked. And of course you can't make a drum without making a beat. And you can't make a beat without adding some bass. And round it goes. Later moved the file to the hardware M8 to finish it up, but glad the app option is...

I only had a limited amount of time this week, so I chose to do something very basic and simple (almost all synth settings are as basic as can be) and to mostly focus on building tension. The result is a somewhere between trance and techno. Also: Since the last few tracks did not have a lot of 303, this one does again :D Even more: the 303 line was the starting point of the track 2026 Copyright Al...

For those who don't know I frequent a little social club in England where music is played, pints are drank and friendships are made. Recently we lost a lovely little lady who used to sit next to us on Karaoke Saturdays. She had depression and unfortunately lost her battle and took her own life. This song is written from the perspective of another club member who had seen her only days before...

Traveling for a couple of weeks so working out an iPad based workflow. So far so good, keeping it simple to work out the kinks. 2026 CC Attribution Noncommercial No Derivative Works (BY-NC-ND)

I was playing with 2 M8's and ended up cranking the bpm real low. I settled on 22BPM and proceeded to ride out this groove for a night. 2026 Copyright All rights reserved

Really had to stress a little with this one because I have very little time this week. Made a loop before work monday morning, and then went to the studio tuesday evening and stretched out the idea into an arrangement and mixed it in a very short time. Didnt think it would end up as good as it did actually! Sometimes things just falls into place. Thank you for listening! Peace 2026 CC Attribution...

A fast tempo melodic dub adventure.  Uses the upgraded m8 chord synth against glitchy beats. Made while visiting Pont L'abbe, France for the week. Notes: M8 tracker amrcnsloth 2026 Copyright All rights reserved

Hello! › Production notes‹ Production notes Another late submission via cheat link :). I was once again traveling all last week and pretty busy. I'm finally home this week and for pretty much the rest of the year. It'll be nice to have some time to focus on making music again. Nothing too fancy here, just some chords and some synths that I threw together on the m8 iOS app. Mo...
