Not entirely sure what this is, but it's got a lot of synths and an electric guitar, so I'm good. Really liking the swooping sound of the sine, and the accompanying synths morph on an lfo, like a nice sonic ocean. The organ was inspired by Age of Empires 2. Don't worry about it. It's a nice bridge. - Laetien 2026 CC Attribution Noncommercial Share Alike (BY-NC-SA)

Really fell off the wagon for the last few weeks! Had a my show in Chicago a few weeks ago that took a lot of prep work. After that I needed some time to get back into routines and recover some creative energy. It's wild how much harder it feels to get myself to throw something together after falling out of the habit! For that reason, just gave myself the easy goal of really doing anything at...

Barely made it this week, but here we are. Speedtrashy acid breaks in 7/8. I hope y'all enjoy. Let me know what you think down below. 2026 Copyright All rights reserved

Speedtrash. Bit annoyed I couldn't upload something nicer this week, but I've been stretched thin socializing with new people (kids!) at uni and helping out leading small daggerheart campaigns (for literal kids!!) at an event for the weekend. It's been a ton of fun, but with so much input it's been tough finding the time and focus to pit into music. So I just recorded some nood...

I spent most of this week cleaning up some WB tracks from earlier this year, and while I had a lot of fun and learned a lot, it left me pretty burnt out for making this week's track. So I made a lil dirge(?) with Sine Player, an organ VST Paisleyfrog recommended to me. 2026 CC Attribution Noncommercial (BY-NC)

I had been working on a dnb track but someone suggested I do a house track this week. It was supposed to be melodic but turned out more progressive 🤷‍♂️ Speed treasure, perhaps. Anyways, enjoy! 2026 CC Attribution Noncommercial No Derivative Works (BY-NC-ND)

Written entirely on the Dirtywave M8 Tracker. Light mastering in Audacity (normalizing/limiting/compressing). A continuation of last week's track's outro, whose intro was the previous week's outro, whose intro was the previous week's outro, whose... This track is therefore part of an ongoing series that started in week 4. You can listen to the Through the Year mix (WB #4–40) (a...

That's a 96% transparent metal sheet - On the road again which means tons of whistles and hums from the inner workings of equipment, I am barely awake enough to sort in a way that isn't too destructive so hopefully this doesn't come out too bad 2026 CC Attribution Noncommercial No Derivative Works (BY-NC-ND)

I've had this idea in the backburner for a little while but it requires a little bit of explanation. Older gamers like myself might recall Tokuhiko Uwabo's soundtrack for the game Phantasy Star II, and to a lesser extent Super Daisenryaku. Both were composed in roughly the same window and released in early 1989. Phantasy Star II in particular was a really transitional game; a flagship RP...

Whew, more last minute low motivation low effort ambient m8 stuff, woohoo. I was so close to just calling it, I mean 39 weeks is pretty impressive, right? But I somehow managed to compel myself to come up with something simple and lowkey but that hopefully still is a bit of a vibe. Hope you have a good week, pals! 2026 CC Attribution Noncommercial No Derivative Works (BY-NC-ND)

Howdy, folks! This was done in one single and very quick 1h20min run on Sunday afternoon shortly before this week's deadline. The feeling of exhaustion has been letting up, so that's nice! Also, I got to participate a bit more in the WB community this past week, commenting in a few songs and joining the WB stream that happens on Discord. Always a fun time. Anyway, I hope y'all enjoy...

I don't want winter to come. No inspiration this week. Just some late Sunday M8 tinkering and that's what came out. But heeyyy, 3/4 of the year done ✓ 2026 Copyright All rights reserved

This was made at a regular beat-makers meetup. There's a sample pack given out and the start and everyone has 3 hours to complete a track, and then we listen to what each other has made when the time's up ⏰ This is what I came up with, a lot of the sound design is done using Minimal Audio's Rift (distortion plugin) 2026 Copyright All rights reserved
