I'm all for a fellow Pennsylvania native like M. Night Shyamalan sticking to genre films throughout the course of his career... His consistency however is another story. This man is a talented creator and very original, but his films vary so much quality wise. So seeing Dave Bautista and Ronald Weasley from Harry Potter ready to kill a couple and possibly their child, that throws me for a loop. I...

Bare with me here, y'all... The rumors just may prove to be true, because all signs and articles in particular point to the fact that Gal Gadot's Gisel character is returning to the Fast And Furious franchise. Now as a die hard fan of the series, one would think I would be insanely excited for this news. But this series has made a habit of resurrecting seemingly "dead" characters, and having some...

They're baaaaaack!... Some of my absolute favorite characters have returned to spread more love, comedic antics, and drama of course. Malcolm D. Lee is a master when it comes to black excellence of this caliber, so I'm nothing shy of excited to discuss the very first episode of this finale. Memory lane is about to get a bit crazy here, but it's worth the wait. Enjoy, folks.

I guess dinosaurs are trying to rule the Earth once again... Clearly the writers/directors of A Quiet Place 1 and 2, and Sam Raimi are suggesting that Jurassic Park isn't the only option if we want to see prehistoric monsters. I, for one, am curious to see if the horror can be injected back into this particular sub-genre. Enjoy, y'all.

Since I didn't do an actual trailer reaction for this, and I wish that I did, here goes me geeking out and being completely extra about how this trailer was everything to me... I was blessed enough to grow up with the games and cursed to experience that 90s movie for this, so this is a true treat. Mario here, Luigi there, even Donkey Kong is in the building. Safe to say I am VERY much on board for...

This is going to be such a bitter/sweet watch overall... It's been one hell of a ride with Indy for decades, but Harrison Ford is finally hanging up the hat and whip. I'm a big fan of this character, but Temple Of Doom set the bar HIGH for me. And while I'm a fan of Kingdom Of The Crystal Skull, unlike majority, I do feel Dr. Jones has one more adventure left in him. So let's see what Logan direct...

I know it's been a LONG time but much like our favorite Autobots/Decepticons/Beasts, I'm back around... This caught me way off guard, but I've been a bit curious as to where we go in this franchise at this point. I'm always down for these flicks, but they've went a bit left as far as quality goes. But I'm here for spectacle. So give me that at least. Enjoy, y'all.

So I guess it was time for Martin Lawrence to apply some of that Marcus Burnette detective work to a more sadistic film... As if Bad Boys II wasn't insane enough for the character. But it does look like Martin is taking a more serious and horror themed approach to this film, and going in the direction of a psychological outing. I personally didn't know what to make of this pop up trailer at first....

I feel like James Cameron is reeling me in here... Every time I say the original Avatar is an overrated movie, the trailers for this movie just win me over each time. Because SHEESH. I've never wanted to learn how to swim more than I do now. Enjoy, y'all.

I was supposed to upload this last night, but here it is as an early morning treat... Arguably the template for horror anthologies to come and very tastefully done overall, this one manages to still be creepy and show us some satisfying outcomes for some pretty unlikable characters. There's a segment here that, to this day, still is suspect to give me nightmares. That's always a win for me. Enjoy,...

I'm just going to say it: this series has delivered some of the best horror anthology bits to ever grace the screen... In the essence of classics like Tales From The Crypt, Creepshow, Tales From The Darkside, and Tales From The Hood, I'd say we've been getting some pretty chilling content overall. The last movie was solid enough to get a few gasps and shocks from me, so I was hoping to get that am...

When it comes to horror anthologies, the name Creepshow will forever bring a smile to my face and jitters to my soul... Whether it's an undead patriarch coming back to life for his Father's Day cake or a wooden Indian statue coming back to exact bloody revenge, these stories have had a hold on me since childhood. Stephen King and George A. Romero struck horror and comedic gold in the form of an an...

With horror slashers/monsters like Michael Myers, Leatherface, Candyman, Pinhead, Chucky and even The Creeper taking a huge part in the classic franchise resurgence, I figured it was time to show love to the big guy once more... The last go round with him was the wrong one being as though it was part 3, but the original and this here are worth while. If there's one figure who can make us fear the...

We've got to cut right to the chase here... Doug Bradley is the epitome of what Pinhead has been and pretty much always will be, and nothing may ever top the impact the original Hellraiser had on fans. That being said, the rest of the series overall has never been much of a tough act to follow, being as though it's been downhill in many ways since Hellbound: Hellraiser II. While I do love the thir...

Michael B. Jordan continues to be a certified G in the movie business, and now he's taken this series and his career to new heights with this directorial debut... The growth of this character over the course of these films is pretty damn epic if you ask me, so for this to possibly come full circle in a third movie is poetic. With Sly kind of stepping aside in this entry, I feel like things can may...

You just can't keep a Good Guy down!... So I'm late to the party again, but there was no way I was missing out on getting this commentary out to y'all when I had so much fun with season one. That first go round is yet another viewing overall that deserves an apology from me because it was so damn good. It brought the series back to a great place, and managed to expand on everything in spades. How...

I've went through so many emotions with this movie that I couldn't even rate nor rank it yesterday... Not even after multiple watches. So I trusted in my platform and my listeners to guide me through this finale the proper way, which wasn't a bad idea. I've had theories, I've had excitement, I've had red flags, etc. Yet here we are for the showdown between Good vs Evil. Laurie Strode is ready to p...

The bloody battle of two horror titans is finally here for my own personal and humorous enjoyment this episode... And there's plenty of good and bad things to spread around. I won't front like this wasn't the best theater going romp I've ever experienced, but this showdown comes with so many flaws. But even still, I'm happy to have been able to see this come full circle on the big screen after yea...

I finally decided to jump start Spooky Season commentary, and better late than never... So it was on to one of the more innovative and intriguing slasher flicks that had a well deserved direct sequel last year. Nia DaCosta had Jordan Peele backing her directorial mark in the horror genre, and I'd say they knocked this out of the park. The social commentary and overall themes have remained, and exp...

Oh, my WORD... Once again, I am reminded of why I shouldn't have ever had a doubt to begin with. Enjoy, folks.

"What are you gonna do when Michael comes back for you?... Because he is coming". Enjoy, folks.

Having given up on this series after the first few sequels or so, I never thought I'd be so excited to see the antics caused by this damn puzzle box again... But here we are, and there's no shame whatsoever. There's a small yet big resurgence for our horror icons happening right now and if it means gender swapping Pinhead and rebooting this property, then I'm down to see what's in store for the ne...

Art The Clown is back on his bullshit again, and I'm both excited and almost sure to be disturbed by it at the same time... My introduction to this character wasn't the anthology appearance, but the first movie in it's entirety. And it was an experience for the books when I realized that this guy wasn't playing any games at all when it came to dispatching his victims. That being said, I'm down to...

Jamie Foxx is a man of many talents, and it just so happened that his acting became one of his strong suits... But when he's now suiting up to hunt vampires on Cali with Snoop Dogg, of course I expected something completely stupid. But the trailer gave me some hope the moment I saw how well this movie's choreography looked on screen. If there's one thing that they sold me on, it's the entertainmen...

I wasn't too thrilled about the news of this due to the fact that Disney has it's hand in the Fox pot... I'm not a big fan of watered down versions of horror/sci-fi properties (Yes, you, AvP), so the red flags were real here. Then the trailer dropped and I was very impressed, so that built some hype. And even though I'm not super crazy about this franchise overall, I still love different things ab...
