Lots of money was spent and expectations were sky high, but the movie turned out to be a box office dud. The film has gained a cult following in the years since. Is it a misunderstood classic or were the critics rig...

Episode 416: The Crew's betting if they can finish watching Donald Petrie’s How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days. Kate Hudson and Matthew McConaughey have great chemistry, even when they’re playing horrible characters. The direction and photography are impressive, but the script is so bad. Characters show up for one scene with zero payoff, and we’re not sure if any character grows or learns anything. The...

The Crew has some problems with the character development. They discuss… If you like our music intro,...

Episode 410: The Crew's pretty sure this is Tarantino’s favorite werewolf movie (cause the transformation scene is just feet) while watching George Waggner’s The Wolf Man. This atmospheric 1941 film is missing some of the famous werewolf lore (no full moon), but adding to it as well (needing silver to kill the beast). The Crew discusses… If you like our music intro, head over to Soundcloud and hea...

Episode 409: The Crew's a little confused on the vampire rules in Robert Eggers’ Nosferatu. And this may be the most faithful adaptation of the novel; the only big change is the love story, which was added for this film....

And thank god, cause the film set the blueprint for vampire films and loads...

Episode 401: The Crew's wearing their best anklets while watching Billy Wilder’s Double Indemnity. This 40’s film noir classic has been copied and ripped off ad nauseam.
