The Bruce Hooley Show

Jack continues the conversation with Adam Hewitt about the attempt on Trump's life and the lazification of our society as a whole. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Jack speaks with Hilary Jackson, Chapter Chair of Moms for Liberty, about the recent suicide of a student at Valley Forge High School in Parma. They discuss why this happened and what kind of steps could have been taken to prevent it from happening. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Jack dives into the most recent assassination attempt on the President. The Democrats are squarely to blame for this culture of acceptable violence, but they absolutely refuse to take any kind of responsibility or even acknowledge it for what it is. Bruce dives into the details of the man who hit and killed a family of three while he was driving a semi-truck while distracted. He changed his name multiple times and tested negative for drugs and alcohol. Let's see how this plays itself out. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Bruce gives an update on the situation in Iran, where Trump battles with the media over the portrayal of what is going on over there. We are sending in a third aircraft carrier which is probably not a good sign for the terrorists. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Bruce has his most popular segment today in crazy, and it's full of nonsense from California where they don't think you need to be able to read or understand English road signs in order to be a semi-truck driver. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Bruce gets back into it over the Jason Meade trial that shouldn't even be going on. There's already been grounds for a mistrial, as the judge allowed an emotional exchange in front of the jury. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Bruce examines the state of affairs in Columbus City schools, where approximately half of students are chronically absent, which is down from 75% immediately after Covid. Amy Acton is squarely to blame for this sad state of affairs. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Bruce dives back into the new women's soccer team coming to Columbus. Ginther is kicking the children out to make way for the billionaires to have their way. I don't think anyone but the people getting the kickbacks are happy about this plan. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Bruce discusses a variety of topics from a flesh eating virus coming from Mexico to a Muslim man who kidnapped a 13 year old girl and forced her to marry him. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Bruce plays audio from an investigation into a man who divulged classified information to a woman who was working undercover to get the information from him. The audio is pretty pathetic, hopefully these aren't all the type of people who are guarding this information. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Bruce gets back on the City of Columbus for hoarding tax dollars for things that nobody asked for or wants, but refuse to use it on things that everyone needs or could actually use. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Bruce examines some court cases that are going on in Ohio. The bail certainly seems too low for the man who killed three people because he wasn't paying attention while driving a semi-truck. Then Jason Meade is being tried again, which is outrageous because he was already tried once and didn't do anything wrong. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Bruce plays audio from Vivek at his TPUSA rally at Ohio State as well as his interview later. He is saying all the right things and he is continuing to ruffle the feathers of all the establishment Republicans here in Ohio, this is probably a good thing. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Bruce discusses this principle of failing at your job in one place and then getting promoted somewhere else. It's very suspicious that Ted Carter's senior advisor who resigned from Ohio State was hired three days later as chief financial advisor at West Virginia University. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Interview with financial advisor, Josh Pick, of Simplicity Group. Mollie Hemingway's book 'Alito' details the confrontation as conservative justices faced assassination threats in 2022. Rachel Goldberg-Polin’s new memoir piercingly articulates the ordeal of losing a son. Happy Anniversary, Bruce and Sheri! See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Bruce talks about all of the expenses that the city of Columbus is trying to pay for, when by their own admission, they are running a deficit. What's more important right now, fixing our schools and fighting crime, or funding failing women's sports teams? See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Bruce gets back into the discussion about getting rid of property taxes. He is open to it but gives the analogy, if someone wants to upgrade my bathroom but leaves after demolishing it, the job isn't finished, there has to be something to fill the void. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Bruce looks into the claims by Governor DeWine that Amy Acton had nothing to do with the order to shutdown everything during Covid. Well, it turns out that all of the available information points to the fact that the health office had to be the ones to issue that order. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Bruce talks about the Pope and other supposed holy people who have been making a lot of claims that aren't supported by the Bible. Be Sure to be discerning when you hear these kinds of statements, the Bible is not the problem. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Bruce plays an audio clip from his call this morning to Mike Carey's office where he is given the run around, where nobody can give him a straight answer or even answer any questions about why Carey voted to extend tps for Haitians in Springfield Ohio. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Bruce digs into the committee that was assigned by the Mayor who gets to decide what the Mayor should make every year as well as what they should be making every year. This seems like quite the slippery slope to go down. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
