SLAY!!! A Queer Buffy Podcast

Enemy of the podcast Alex joins Lena and Ian to discuss the highs and lows of season 5, what he thinks will happen on season 6, and the backstory of the patron he played in the background of the diner where Shirley MacLaine took Blaine to lunch.

Lena and Ian read your thoughts on the Santana exclusion, the Sam of it all, and thinking this was the series finale

It's the season finale and offscreen the tension is at an all time high, while onscreen the tension is non existent. Everything goes great for everyone, Rachel's singing voice makes people feel joy for the first time, and Blaine has a bird kink.

The girls are fighting, Peter Pan is free, and we're all dogs. All this and more on this weeks minisode

After a season of being neglected Chris Colfer takes matters into his own hands and writes a Kurt centric episode himself. Samcedes bicker like an old married couple and Rachel gets dragged for four blocks by a bunch of dogs and then lets them pee all over the Spotlight Diner.

Strong thoughts abound on Rachel trying to leave Funny Girl and the Klaine power dynamic constantlh shifting

Rachel throws away her dreams three weeks after achieving them, Mercedes is a selfless angel, and Shirley MacLaine hits on Blaine

We take a walk down memory lane with some of your favorite bits from the podcast to celebrate our 100TH MINISODE!! (and there's also some Opening Night talk)

It's opening night of Funny Girl and Rachel is stressed, Sue's in love, and Tina is there. Santana comes back to give some tough love, Rachel becomes queen of the gays, and Will's phantom wife gives birth off screen.

Your thoughts on Blaine's diet, Glee's attitude toward sex, and Artie's age

Don't have sex. If you do you will get chlamydia, and die. Or have to wear a giant STD costume in Washington Square Park. Meanwhile Klaine is having relationship drama again and Mercedes thinks her first time won't be special because she's no longer in high school????

Lena and Ian share your thoughts on Samcedes, Madam Tibideaux, and Blaine and Kurt having so many classes together

Glee tries to take on multiple social issues at once while also paying tribute to Stephen Sondheim, with varying results. Samcedes relationship problems are maybe overly simplified, Rachel is made to be a villain for prioritizing a show where dozens of jobs depend on her, and Kurt is once again put through severe trauma because this show cannot let him rest.

This episode has more haters than just Ian, we're all in our Hunger Games era, and we love the 'smells of the city' (dumpsters)

There is no Lima, only New York. There's trouble in Klaine's paradise, Sam pulls a reverse Sampson with his hair, and Rachel and Artie hang out for the first time ever. Also Mercedes is back!!!

Two jazz musicians share your thoughts on Tina being an adoptee, the Glee club singing songs from the future, and what Quinn sees in Puck

Glee sheds off McKinley as it heads off in a NEW DIRECTION, GET IT????? but not before it redoes some more old numbers, creates some new ones, and nearly refuses to acknowledge the newbies were ever in the club.

Lena and Ian share listener thoughts on Will's reckless spending, Quick vs Faberry, and Glee's attitude towards career paths

Andrew McGuire and Allison Dodge of Gleek of the Week join us to celebrate Glee's 100th episode. April is back! Ms Goop is back! The same songs are back! QUINN IS BACK!

Lena and Ian respond to your thoughts on the Finn tribute, the pressure put on Sam, and the ever changing rules of Nationals

It's Nationals and it's EMOTIONAL. The New Directions will be disbanded if they don't win, Carole and Burt are back, and the writers remembered that they have Melissa Benoist on the payroll and should probably do something with her.

Lena and Ian share your thoughts on Glee's jacked up timeline, Tina and Blaine fighting for control, and Finn Hudson love

Tina's finally getting her due, Elliott brings an interesting new dynamic to New York, the songs are fun, everything would be great except unfortunately Becky sees Wemma going at it in the faculty restroom

Lena and Ian share your thoughts on the Pezberry feud, Kurt's friendships, and repeatedly use the word 'pun' when they actually mean 'alliteration'

The girls are FIGHTING. Santana and Rachel have a falling out, Kurt is suspicious of Elliot, and Tina and Artie actually get a plot line for the first time in history. Also Lena and Ian talk about THE Glee debate, who sang DROMP better and who would be the better Fanny
