Positively Uncensored

Courtney really sat there in front of Nick and said something like "you don't have to be the best person when you look like Adam" ......while he was wearing a pheasant fedora. In today's episode, my good friend Janae and I will be taking you through episodes 7 & 8 of MAFS S20. Make sure you come back for our next episode, a 30-minute recap of episode! Schedule Therapy with Ja...

⚠️ Trigger Warning: The final portion of this episode includes discussion of domestic violence while reflecting on The Ultimatum. Please take care while listening, and feel free to skip that section if those topics may be distressing. I'm back from vacation and ready to get you caught up on everything that had my group chats blowing up while I was away. We are talking plane movies, The Valley...

Today's very special episode of Positively Uncensored is guest hosted by my good friend, and Marriage and Family Therapist, Janae Davis! Janae is taking you through MAFS S20 episodes 4-6 while I was out of the country, so that when I return this week, we can review the latest batch of episodes together. This batch of episodes made me (Leah) question how the piano man was arguably doing better in h...

TW: DV, SA, and conversations around IPV. Please listen to this episode carefully. This season of The Ultimatum is over, but it seems that some of the most dramatic scenes actually went unaired? This episode I'm taking you through episodes 7-9 and all of the Ultimatum interviews that I've watched to get you up to speed! Like this episode? Make sure to follow me on all platforms!

Warning: this episode will contain spoilers from the finale & reunion episode. This episode will also be discussing sexual assault and DV. Today I'm taking you through The Ultimatum episodes 4-6 in preparation to talk about the reunion. After watching this batch of episodes, I'm reminded of the men's group chat that was exposed after a woman in France found out that her husband had...

Trigger Warning: Misogynoir. In case you completely forgot who Kenny Rodriguez is....he first appeared on our screens when he coupled up with JaNa Craig on Love Island USA S6. After 11 months of dating, JaNa found text messages on Kenny's phone that revealed he was a racist, and sending filth to his family and friends (allegedly). After sending JaNa a cease and desist, an attempt to keep those tex...

Another season of The Ultimatum is upon is...which means we are introduced to more toxic couples that never needed to be together in the first place. This is the season of MAGA politics, talks with AI, misinformation, gaslighting, emotional abuse, misogyny, and manipulation...lucky us. We will be getting into all of that and who I think the villains are based off the first three episodes. If you l...

Today I'm going to need everyone to give a warm welcome to our returning guest, with a new last name...MRS. Janae Davis, MFT. Today we are talking the first two episodes of Married at First Sight S20 in Seattle and taking you through all of our thoughts. Hot take: we think the show would be better if they just outright said that the casting department for the network finds the pool of eligible...

This episode was supposed to be a catch-up on all things Bravo but you know I had to add a little Love Island news in there as well. I also keep forgetting to talk about Tom Sandoval pushing his ex? girlfriend's father in the fire. That needs to be talked about in the next Bravo recap. Along with the latest news on TFP from Secret Lives of Mormon Wives. If you're waiting on my recap of Ken...

Now that the season is over and we've had a second to catch our breaths...let's look back at the season (with some nuance). This episode will be a very honest and open conversation that is typically had behind the scenes with trusted friends; but it felt necessary to bring to the podcast in order to have an in-depth conversation. Stay tuned towards the end for some of the things I've s...

We finally made it. The home stretch of Love Island USA Season 8. It feels good to be here and finally part ways with this season....until August 31st. This episode I'm going through the final five episodes of Love Island and getting us ready to talk about all of the post-villa antics and the impending doom that comes with Beyond the Villa. I'm going to place my bet early that we see Charl...

Gal played himself, and production played us. Saved by karaoke? I think not. Let us have our say! Zach, you're next.

It's been weeks since I've tapped back in for a full conversation on 'The Valley' and the last few episodes made it clear that it's time. I need Danny in the WWHL Club House STAT and I also need production to obtain the road sign that Zach dented with his head. If you enjoyed this episode, make sure you're subscribed and consider watching over on YouTube!

It's Movie Night in the Villa and tonight we are watching Seven II starring the Islanders and all of their sins. We may have been shorted three clips during Movie Night, but the clips that they selected managed to kick-off a lot of chaos in the Villa. Which clip do you think was the most damning? Do you think Melanie will leave sincere and go home, or see their connection through til the end?...

I'm back and ready to catch up on Love Island, Zach's head injury on The Valley & my appearance on the premiere episode of Next Gen NYC. Thank you to every person who messaged me when they saw my face projected over the Financial District. Love Island coverage starts around the 12-minute mark. Leave your comments in advance of my Movie Night PT 1 & 2 coverage and let me know what y...

Today I'm joined by skilled hunter and outdoorsman Marshall Strain to hear more about his experience on 'Outlast the Jungle'. Now that I have Marshall face to face, we get to find out WHY he skipped over the hunting team, shocking moments we missed, and the reality behind reality tv. Thank you to every Redditor from the Outlast community who contributed a question for this interview! I...

In today's episode I'm bringing Kaya up to speed on all of the new information we got from West's whiteboard video....not the Summer House Reunion. Stay tuned for the last half of this episode to hear me and Kaya's thought on episode 19 of Love Island US and our thoughts on Casa Amor so far. Love this episode? Make sure you like, hype, comment and subscribe to see more! Follow us o...

I can see it in your faces, I can hear it in your voices...you need a break from Love Island USA but you're in the mood for mess. Insert 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days S8. This came out of nowhere for me and took over my days until I knew the fate of each couple...and now I get to tell you. If you enjoy this episode and hearing the random shows that I watch & cover - please make sure yo...

You heard the girl. She doesn't like omakase because she tries to stay away from cheese. QTNA: what sushi is Kenzie eating in Kennesaw? ETA: I'm posting this as I've watched EP 19 and I think I'm starting to like and trust Bryce. Stay tuned!

Combining the heart rate challenge, Casa Amor, and movie night all into 1 episode? 10 out of 10 cinema. How do you think tonight's episode with the 12 new guys will compare? What couples do you see forming? Who will couple up with Parmida? Tell me all of your thoughts in the comments!

Today's episode is brought to you by the NCLEX exam...which Kenzie allegedly took and passed. Today I have a special episode in store, as I'm welcoming back my good friend, and fellow creator Toma to talk about Love Island. This episode we talk about which couples we are rooting for, which couples we are neutral on, and who we are rooting for...to leave the island. Enjoy this episode? Foll...

Taking you through the last two episodes of 'Outlast the Jungle' and discussing the exhausting 2-day race, the winners, and the very deserving losers. FWIW: The title of my last video was '1 Toxic Man Spoils the Bunch' and a lot of comments (from toxic men) proved my point even further. If you comment misogynistic or manosphere talking points you'll find yourself permanently re...

Well this episode was underwhelming....More lies and no change in behavior. Like the title says: if only four walls (and Kyle's dog Reese) could talk..we could put an end to this nonsense. Stay tuned for our recap next week on In the City & RHORI! Follow Bravo! We're Black on TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@therealbravowhileblack?lang=en Follow Bravo! We're Black on Instagram: ...

Was this a battle to survive the elements, or to survive misogynistic men...? You tell me! After watching 6 episodes maybe it's fair to say that it's both. Relax, get yourself some coconut water & prepare to be taken through the dynamics of Team(s) Alpha, Bravo & Charlie and some of the most egregious scenarios we saw play out on our screens this season. Tell me who you want to see...

Hello Puncs! Too soon? Tell me what you think of the name in the comments on this episode! Today we are catching up on Love Island US, going through my FIRST Islander ranking of the season, and Lindsay Hubbard's latest (two) call outs on social media against co-star West Wilson.
