Dios le dijo a Moises en Horeb que golpeara la roca, y el agua fluiria para que el pueblo bebiera. En Kadesh Dios le dijo a Moises que le hablara a la roca, para que el agua fluyera. Dios cambio ka instruccion porque el quiere que no sigamos una formula, si no que vengamos a El para nuevas instrucciones.
