Take time out of your busy day to help others. Love like a dog... unconditionally. Love your family enough to get them through the hard times.

Life is full of hurdles, but we can overcome them. One of the things we can do to be happy is to be kind to others and forget the unkind things they do to us. Each of us has something to offer to others and to the world around us.
